Villa Dolores, just outside Pazin town, is a spacious property ideal for large groups and families with 9 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms. This beautiful restored old stone house is completely private and peaceful. The big swimming pool and large outside covered terrace are surrounded by meadows and woods. The villa plot is large and there are no neighbours overlooking the property. You will find the house to have a lot of character and take home wonderful memories.
The Villa is completely equipped with everything you might need for a perfect vacation. The large kitchen with all the cutlery and appliances.
Comfortable sofas, big screen TV with a DVD and satellite programmes are located in the large inside living room. The complete interior is air conditioned.
Outside there is a fireplace with a barbecue (grill), the outside terrace with a dining table and many sofas. All around the pool there are sun beds.
There is also a billiard table, table tennis, badminton equipment, a large map of Istria with sight spots...
The entire Istrian peninsula with its coastal towns is within a short drive. Good places to eat and interesting things to see, like the 1000 year old town of Pazin, are doted all around. Bicycles are available for rent.

We are an extended family of 18 (aged 8-73 years) who visited Pazin so that we could connect with family who live locally and to visit our father’s birthplace.
Villa Dolores was the perfect location with bedrooms & bathrooms for all, a well equipped kitchen and laundry, as well as fabulous inside and outside areas. We had a reunion lunch with 50 people and we all fit in the outside area without issue. The kids loved swimming in the pool, grass for football, table tennis and pool table.
Villa Dolores is even better than the pictures show. We cannot recommend highly enough!

We were a group of 13 (5 adults and 8 kids 10-15 years) staying the last week of June. The house is big with a lot of bedrooms (in fact we missed one of them that was found a couple of hours into day one by our children) allowing everyone who wants to have their own space. Rooms are clean and nice and each have their own bathroom/shower/toilet.
Even though everyone have their own room you always feel together as a group because of the fantastic covered patio by the pool. It might not be obvious from the pictures but this area is huge with both a very large dining table AND sofas/benches AND pool table AND table tennis. This allows everyone to be able to socialize even though some wants to swim in the pool, some want to be in the sun, others need to stay away from the sun and yet others just want to drink coffee and read😄 I cannot tell how unique this area really is but we have spent many summers in Italy in large houses with pool areas but never ever have we experienced such a great “socializing area” as this. Very conveniently there is also a toilet out here (meaning no wet footprints through the house😊). The pool is nice, small yet big enough to fit all the kids and some adults playing. Garden is large, beautiful and hosts a badminton/volleyball net. The host are wonderful and helped us immediately whenever we had questions or needed help. The location of the house is perfect for excursions to Porec, Rovinj, Pula. Our warmest recommendations, we’d love to come back!!

We arrived at the villa late and Eugen and Dolores were there to greet us with some wine, cakes and watermelon. They are a lovely couple. Straight away we all felt at home and comfortable. The Villa was perfect for us as the outside area was large with pool table and table tennis. The teenagers had one end and adults had the other end. We made large meals and sat at the long table lit by candles. In the evening the swallows would swoop down and drink from the pool. It was beautiful countryside and very peaceful. There was 2 supermarkets and petrol stations 5 min drive, Some good restaurants nearby - try Pepperone for the ribs. Quad biking, horse riding, zip line, water park, caving - so much to do. We drove to the towns of Porec and Rovinj highly recommend. Take water shoes as beaches are shingle. Would recommend highly - the villa is perfect for large groups and Eugen and Dolores were the perfect hosts.

Super Haus für große Gruppen - einmalig schön 🤩
Wir waren mit unserer Großfamilie in Summe 22 Personen vor Ort. Es ist ein schönes Haus mit genügend Platz für alle….die Überdachte Terasse ist einmalig…wir haben dort fast 14 Tage gelebt, gegessen, gefeiert, etc. …. Alle waren begeistert.
Der Vemieter Eugen war super nett und für uns immer da, wenn wir Fragen hatte.
Die Küche war super ausgestattet…außer die Spülmaschine die nicht immer sauber wusch, weil für 22 Personen eigentlich zu klein. Oder wir haben die falsch bedient.
Eine Kleinigkeit würden wir aber als Verbesserung vorschlage …. Die Duschen sollten irgendwann mal eventuell mit festen Duschabtrennung und nicht mit Vorhängen ausgestattet werden und die Duschbrausen sollten mal ausgetauscht werden.
Aber das sind nur Verbesserungsvorschläge um noch besser zu werden….wir können dieses Haus nur empfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen…es hat bei euch sehr viel Spaß gemacht.

Traumhaft gelegene Villa im grünen mit einem super netten hilfsbereiten Gastgeber.
Wir können das Haus zu 100% weiterempfehlen.
Es bietet für jeden ausreichend Platz ob als Gruppe oder für mehrere Familien.
Komplett ausgestattetes Haus mit allem was man braucht.
Im Außenbereich steht ein Billardtisch und eine Tischtennisplatte zum spielen bereit. Genügend Sitzgelegenheiten im freien sind ebenfalls vorhanden.
Der Pool lädt ein um sich in der kroatischen Sonne zu erfrischen.
Kommen gerne nächstes Jahr wieder.

Traumhafter Urlaub
Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub mit 16 Erwachsenen und 7 Kindern im Alter von 1-8 Jahren verbracht.
Das große Ferienhaus mit viel Platz in und ums Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen, aber dennoch mit dem Auto nur wenige Kilometer in die Stadt.
Alles war sehr sauber und großzügig ausgestattet.
Das absolute Highlight ist der Pool - selbst die Kleinen konnten sich am Pool aufhalten, da er circa zwei Meter flach reingeht.
Für die Kleinen wurden Kinderbetten und Stühle gestellt.
Die Vermieter sind sehr hilfsbereit und bei Fragen umgehend erreichbar.

Wunderschöne Poolvilla
Wir haben zu dreizehnt eine wunderschöne Woche in der Villa Dolores verbracht.
Das Haus ist sehr praktisch und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Jedes Zimmer ist grosszügig und verfügt über ein eigenes Badezimmer.
Auch in der Küche fehlt es an nichts.
Das Tollste ist der wunderschöne Pool und die grossen Wiesen rund ums Haus.
Auch der Billard-und Pingpongtisch wurden rege gebraucht.
Der Vermieter ist sehr nett, hilfsbereit und unkompliziert.

Großzügiges Anwesen mit tollem Angebot für Familien
Wir haben die Villa für unser Familientreffen mit insgesamt 16 Personen, davon 7 Erwachsene und 9 Kinder im Alter von 5 -17 Jahren gebucht. Es gibt wirklich mehr als ausreichend Zimmer (alle mit eigenen Bad) und zusätzlich noch einen Dachstuhl, wo sich insbesondere die größeren Kinder einrichten können. Ergänzt wird das ganze Angebot durch einen schönen Pool und vor allem ein tolles überdachtes Außengelände, was sich hervorragend für gemeinsame Mahlzeiten und Spiele in großer Runde eignet. Sehr gerne genutzt wurden auch die Tischtennisplatte und der Billiardtisch, während sich die Erwachsenen vor allem am hervorragenden Hauswein des sehr freundlichen und serviceorientierten Gastgebers beim Feuer im Außenkamin erfreuten.
Auch die Lage ist durchaus gut und man kann mit dem Auto innerhalb einer Stunde an die Küste kommen. Alles in allem für große Reisegruppen - vor allem mit Kindern - sehr empfehlenswert.

Eine wirklich traumhafte Unterkunft. Der Vermieter war immer hilfsbereit und hat bei jeglichen Problemen direkt geholfen. Das Haus eignet sich sehr gut für große Gruppen. Man kann auch ohne Probleme für alle gleichzeitig kochen, da die Küche mit großen Töpfen und Pfannen usw. ausgestattet ist.

Tolles Objekt für einen ruhigen Urlaub
Das Objekt ist ein sehr gepflegtes und mit viel Einsatz renoviertes ehemaliges landwirtschaftfliches Anwesen im Familienbesitz. Es liegt abgelegen und ruhig, man ist aber in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto in Pazin, wo man alle nötigen Einkäufe erledigen kann.
Die Ausstattung entspricht der Beschreibung und ist auch für größere Gruppen geeignet (Liegen, Handtücher, Geschirr, Sitze im Außenbereich,...).
Der Vermieter ist äußerst kundenfreundlich. Am 2. Tag unseres Aufenthalts hat die Spüaschine lmaschine den Dienst quittiert - eine SMS und 3 Stunden später hat er schon eine neue installiert.
Wir haben noch während unsers Aufenthalts für das Folgejahr gebucht.

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Dolores!
The house is huge, well furnished and equipped with all you need. Everything was clean, the pool and barbecue place a true bliss. Supermarkets, Pazin and the beach in Rovinj are easy to reach.
Thanks again to Mateo and his family for being such great hosts, the delicious cake and the red wine.

Traumwoche im Landhaus
Gelungener Urlaub in der toll situierten Villa Dolores. Wir wurden herzlichst empfangen von Familie Paulisic, die uns mit allen Belangen stets eine Hilfe waren und den Urlaub auch in Zeiten der Covid-19 Pandemie mit Achtung aller gängigen Regeln für Social Distancing möglich gemacht haben. Wir sind mit Platz und Ausstattung des Hauses sehr zufrieden gewesen, die Lage zentral in Istrien ermöglicht viele tolle Tagesausflüge. Der Pool ist ein Highlight. Wir kommen hoffentlich wieder. Danke für eine tolle Woche!

Wundervolles Haus! Danke für den perfekten Urlaub!
Wir waren mit einer großen Gruppe von Freunden zusammen in der Villa Dolores und hatten eine unglaubliche Woche dort. Wir wurden herzlich von den Hausbesitzern empfangen und mit frischem selbstgebackenem Kuchen begrüßt. Eugen war wirklich sehr nett und hat uns jeden Tag geholfen wenn wir Fragen hatten oder Holz brauchten. Wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt.
Die Villa ist sehr groß und hat genug Platz für viele Leute. Den Aufteilungsplan des Hauses hat uns der Hauseigentümer davor gegeben, das war super für die Zimmeraufteilung.
Alles ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und man fühlt sich direkt wohl. Alles ist super sauber und sieht aus wie neu, wir waren wirklich alle sehr begeistert von diesem unglaublichen Haus und planen schon unseren nächsten Urlaub dort. Der Billardtisch, die Tischtennisplatte, der offene Grill und der tolle Pool sind ein Highlight. Die Villa ist wirklich das ideale Haus für eine große Gruppe und perfekt dafür ausgelegt eine schöne Zeit zu haben. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder !

Wonderful Stay
This is a lovely place for a big gathering - plenty of space both communal and quiet. Our teenagers loved all the games, and the facilities were more than adequate for self-catering. Mateo gave us some good tips for local meals out. We had a couple of surprises with the small scorpions (apparently with a bite no worse than a bee) and the flies were plentiful, but other than that we had a wonderful stay.

Idylic house - perfect retreat in August
The house is rustic and beautiful and the photos really don't do it justice. It's a gem of a place and I'm so pleased we found it. We had a family of 17 with 3 generations and the combination of the house and 2 self-contained annexes was perfect. We spent many lazy days at the house around the pool, playing ping pong, pool or football on the large lawn. There are plenty of walks and bike rides around the area and the countryside around is quiet and incredibly beautiful. The coastal areas and beaches are easily accessible (30 minutes drive) but so full of tourists in August it even nicer to return to this peaceful villa at the end of the day.
The owners Eugen, Delores and their son Matteo are incredibly well organised, welcoming and helpful. Everything went very smoothly and they were always on hand and helpful despite us arriving from 3 different countries at different days/times and emailing/texting with numerous questions! Everyone agreed it was an amazing holiday and we have taken home many lovely memories of being together in this place. Thank you Eugen, Delores and Matteo!

Fantastisk familjevecka i Juli
Vi var 17 personer från 1 - 74 år som tillbringade en underbar vecka i detta otroligt trevliga hus. Alla bodde bra i likvärdiga rum med AC och eget badrum. Köket var väldigt välutrustat, vi lagade mat hemma i stort sett alla dagar utan problem. Underbar matplats utomhus med långbord under tak, här fanns även sköna soffor att chilla i. En rejäl grill som vi använde ett par gånger. Poolen var perfekt för stora och små, en sluttande del och sedan riktigt djupt resten. Det finns en stor gräsmatta där vi spelade volleyboll mm. Mycket att göra inte alltför långt hemifrån, grottvandring, zipline och så de underbara havsbaden en halvtimme åt båda hållen. Bra matvarubutiker i närheten. Mycket trevlig och tillmötesgående ägare. Stället rekommenderas varmt.

Fantastic secluded villa close to beautiful Pazin
Have had a wonderful week in Villa Delores and couldn't have asked for better hosts. Nothing was too much trouble and we had extremely quick responses to any queries.
The Villa was very spacious, comfortable, clean, well-equipped and in a great secluded position on a very quiet road. It is situated close (walking distance) to Pazin, a beautiful old town and the zip-line. We booked a free walking tour of Pazin which we thoroughly enjoyed, especially the Grappa tasting! It is also an easy car trip to the coast. The pool was a great size with plenty of sun beds.
We booked the chef for one evening and was delighted with the Croatian food we had cooked for us and the table service, well worth it!
We would definitely return here for another group holiday and would highly recommend Villa Delores.

Fabulous Rural Farmhouse
14 of us from 4 generations enjoyed a 2 week family reunion at this lovely house. We absolutely loved the huge outside roofed eating area next to the pool that also had a table tennis table and pool table.
The hosts, Eugene and Dolores, popped in every couple of days and were very helpful. We tried 3 of their catered meals and would recommend them.
The area is great, very rural but only 5 mins from Pazin, the local town with supermarkets, restaurants and a fabulous zip wire.
Loads of entertainment within 30 mins. We enjoyed the Zip Line Pazinska Jama, a visit to Vina Andelini winery and jumping off the cliffs at Zarecki Krov waterfall, all in Pazin, Aquacolors Porec water
park, JetSkiPorec, the Inflatables and beach area at Plava Laguna and quad biking at Motodrom all in the Porec area, paddle boarding at Metafloat SUP and a cave kayaking trip both in the Pula area.
Also lovely restaurant Konoba Vela Vrata in nearby hilltop village of Beram.
It wasn’t a problem for us but worth noting that 3 of the bedrooms (with bathrooms) are outside the main house, accessed from the main courtyard.

The house has everything you could need to prepare meals - we cooked every night for 16-20 people really easily.
Location is great, the coast is easily accesible - 25 mins to Rovinj or Pula and only half an hour up in to the mountains of the Ucka National Park.
Only watch out - is that the swimming pool is only about 5 metres from the outside eating area - great if you're a group of adults, but as it is not enclosed it keeps you on your toes if you have little/non swimming children.

Istrie is known for its truffles, you can eat them with homemade pasta or steak in the 'konoba's', where they serve local specialties.
The distance to the coast (east, west and south) is about 25 min. by car. We visited Rovinj, Porec, Pula with its amphitheater and had a beautiful hike in the mountains east from Pazin.

Exceeded all expectations :)
Villa Dolores was the perfect place for our multi-generational family get together of 20. None of us had ever been to Croatia before but now I've been I can't wait to go again and would love to return here. The terrace is amazing and while the young ones swam in the pool, the teenagers played pool or table tennis and us oldies played cards and chatted. All cooking and eating was done outside and the outdoor fridge was an unexpected bonus; we managed to put a few beers in there! Jurgen, the owner is warm and friendly and is really conscientious and unobtrusive coming to collect the recycling and the rubbish regularly. Highlights for us were waterfall jumping, only 3 miles away, the zipwire in Pazin and a swimming snorkelling trip in Rovinj, which is only a 30 minute drive away. I would not hesitate to recommend Villa Dolores.

Excellent place for 3 generations being together
It is a wonderful property perfect for our family of 8 adults and 8 children from 2 to19 years of age. We should celebrate the 70 years birthday together with children and grandchildren. We have one week. The weather was perfect, hot and sunny although there was heat record for Pazin (40 C). The house function well, were clean and well-maintained. The big kitchen was equipped with everything you need, and especially the big terasse outside close to the pool was a hit. We could all sit together during meals and also in evenings was bathing in a lightening pool popular. We did shopping every day but there are several big supermarket close by. We went to nice beaches both on east and west coast. And visited the Cave in Pazin which can be recommended. Pazin is a quite town with many cafe's and bars and several exchange machines. The owners Eugen and Dolores came several times to see if everything were well and took care of the garbage.
We will recommend this Villa for big families or groups.

Een geweldige week in Villa Dolores!
Met ons gezin, totaal 20 man (13 volwassenen en 7 kinderen onder de 3) hebben we een week vertoefd in villa Dolores.We hebben het allemaal geweldig naar onze zin gehad. We werden hartelijk ontvangen met koek en wijn. Er was ruimte genoeg voor allemaal. Ieder had z`n eigen kamer met douche gelegenheid en toilet. De huiskamer was gezellig en de keuken heel praktisch. Het zwembad was ideaal voor de kleine kinderen omdat er een ondiep gedeelte aan de rand van het zwembad was.De overkapping waaronder je kon zitten was ideaal. Door de centrale ligging van Pazin zijn allerlei kustplaatsen makkelijk te bereiken.De service was heel goed.Het is een onvergetelijke week geweest, onze kleinkinderen hebben het er nog over. Een plaats om aan te bevelen!

Villa Dolores, what a wonderful place.
Villa Dolores - rustic simplicity, magnificent proportions and excellent facilities. Spacious, comfortable, well equipped, well cared for and versatile. And peaceful until we arrived!
17 people, three generations and never a dull moment or an empty pool (or pool table)! Cars were a 'must' so that the beauty of Istria and beyond could be explored; beaches visited and adventures planned. Diving, day trip to Venice, caves, museums, national parks and zip wires - we were spoilt for choice. Shopping was a daily necessity and the supermarket in Pazin provided all we needed. A quiet town not much touched by tourism but nonetheless everyone seemed so happy to help and forgive our inability to speak Croatian.
Eugen and Dolores ( the owners), Matteo, and Nikola (their sons), we want you to know that your warmth, generosity (and cookery lesson) was unequalled. Thank you for enabling us to enjoy the delights of your restored ancestral home. Each and every one of us has brought home memories to treasure and we all want to come back.
