Just okay, but not worth the price tag.

Wonderful ocean view. Amazing Bathroom. Excellent Kitchenette. Room décor was pleasant and the room was clean and tidy.

There was a large gap under the front door big enough to allow access to pests. The unit was not soundproof at all. We could hear the guests above us all night. There is no staff on site, so there is no one to enforce quiet time. The bed was not comfortable.

Unfortunately you could hear the neighbors going up and down the stairs most of the time. The Wi-Fi was not very good in the living room after the first 4or5 days.but in the bedroom it was pretty good the whole time. And it didn't matter which Wi-Fi you were using in either place.

JACUZZI TUB totally worth it!!!

I especially liked the location being right in the promenade makes it easy to go to the beach without having to drive. The jetted tub was AMAZING and totally worth it. I will be going back and getting same arrangements again. The kitchen in suite was small perfect a fireplace and adjustable temp makes for a very homey stay. Bed was super comfy and love the taffy treat left as gifts 😃 Beautiful (partial) view of the beach 🏖️💜 best hotel I've stayed at in the area, yet. Thank you!

I think the only minor inconvenience was having to drive to sister hotel to check in. Wasn't too far though and very kind and friendly service.

I was worried about the 2 stars but I was happily surprised when arriving to a great property.

Location was excellent. Property was renovated and pictures were accurate.

This place is beautiful. Our first night stay i let Debbie know my room was dirty. She asked what do you want me to do.

When I made my reservation I received a text from a lady named Debbie. Asked if I need anything. I said just an iron. Her reply was there’s one in the room or house keeping can help. When I arrive to the property, there’s a note on the door that we have to go to a different location to check in. No one is at this property to help.

the view was very nice and not too far from the shops and eating.

I didn’t like having to drive across town to check in at the sister hotel after I already got to the hotel I was staying out. If there was mention of this on booking sight or confirmation of the booking explaining this before hand it wouldn’t have been a big deal. The bed was so uncomfortable I about died. I have a bad back and I felt worse after sleeping in it.

All in all we had a great time. Parents if reading this, Please mind your kids with excessive noise.

Great room, Loaded with most everything needed in the unit. Great view of the beach and a great patio to relax on. Close to the center of the town "walking distance".

Did not like the fact that the room above ours was booked to a family with little kids that the parents allowed to run free, Maybe next time put young families on the ground floor. The running back and forth started by 8 AM and didn't end until past 10 PM both days, Kinda ruined the relaxing part of our trip. 1 TV with 3 remotes?

Horrible customer service!

The woman that checked us in worked at another motel. The woman complained that she wished she could go on vacation. And she stated this over and over. With the Booking.com confirmation we were quoted $328.82 that included fees and taxes. I found out from my bank that we were charged $339.39. We received a key card to get into our room. Room 102. When we got to the room their was a couple in the room. They said it was their room. We called the woman who we got the key card from and we had to go back to the other motel to pick up another key card. I told the woman thank God we don't have children that came with us and thank God the couple we opened the door of room 102 wasn't having sex. While the woman was still complaining that all she does is work, work, work. And never gets a vacation. She bummed us out! I WILL NEVER USE BOOKING.COM OR STAY AT THE INN AT FOUR WINDS EVER AGAIN! I WANT THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE CONFIRMED PRICE AND WHAT WE HAD TO PAY PUT BACK INTO MY DEBIT CARD! WE WERE LIED TO!

Nice place to stay, be guest savvy.

The property was clean, and nicely set. It’s location is ideal on the Promenade but just set back far enough as to not have the first floor rooms open views for passerbys.

The communication at check in was not particularly friendly nor helpful regarding the location to the building we were going to which was several blocks away. There was no guest info at our room for policy of check out, tsunami/emergency procedures, or local amenities, restaurants, or attractions. The later was not so important to us as we are familiar with the area but for people new to the area it would be disheartening.
