It is cheap and the only positive thing was the bed. It was quite comfortable. Breakfast included as well.
Get ready to be spammed on WhatsApp from different numbers after you book this accomodation. They will offer you tours, airport pickup etc. They do not stop even when you tell them "no" or ignore them. Those are probably different people. Then you got another WhatsApp several days before check in, where they ask you to pay in advance with no refund even though your Booking has free cancellation for few more days. They bother you to pay early. During my vacation and traveling I am enjoying days and time and the last thing I wanna take care of is online payment via link sent on WhatsApp. Booking has my card, just chaghe my card and that is it! We had room No.1 at the bottom floor, there was automatic light outside behind both windows and not even blinders could stop the light so we had random stroboscope party during the night. And at the end, they send you another WhatsApp to leave them 5 stars on Google Maps and good review on Booking. Must be kidding, right? It is cheap, but would not go through that again.

Arriving at around 10.00 at night there was nobody helping us that was in the property. I was all with whatsapp. They were overbooked and could not accomodate us. They did not worn us beforehand that they were overbooked, and did not offer any help in finding somewhere to sleep apart from a hotel in a dangerous area in Santiage. Place to avoid!!!

Quarto bem espaçoso e confortável
O pessoal do hostel foi bastante solícito ao guardar as malas após finalizada a reserva.
Não há um recepcionista durante o dia no hostel. Assim, qualquer questão tem que ser resolvida por whatsapp. Além disso, por não haver alguém lá, não há recepção de público (uma pessoa chegou durante a noite ficou tocando a campainha esperando ser atendido, já que não tinha reserva, incomodando todo mundo e não havia ninguém da emrpesa para resolver a situação).
Após a limpeza do quarto, em um dos dias, o quarto foi deixado aberto e com a chave na porta. Ficamos preocupados, já que sempre saíamos de manhã e só voltávamos a noite.

As camas são bem confortáveis, o quarto bem espaçoso. O self check-in bem eficiente, o hostel depois do pagamento passa todas as informações de forma clara. Também tinha disponível água para beber. O Hostal é localizado num bairro bem bonito/seguro, com restaurantes e supermercados próximos. O hostel prepara o café da manhã para você levar para os passeios que saem muito cedo, bem legal isso.
O quarto dos meus amigos estava com problema no banheiro e o hostel demorou um pouco para resolver. O café da manhã que você leva para os passeios, poderia ter uma variedade melhor, além de sanduíche e iogurte.

La habitación que me asignaron era un tanto oscura y la ampolleta de la iluminación principal daba una luz demasiado tenue, el resto muy cómodo.
El desayuno ahora es en formato “buffet”, la idea es buena, sin embargo personalmente prefería como lo entregaban antes en las cajas acrílicas cada una con su número de habitación, todo bien aluzado, ordenado, limpio y refrigerado. Esta vez me pareció algo desordenado ver todas las cosas sobre el mueble así si más.

Ubicada en un buen barrio, a pesar de que mi pieza daba a la calle, no había ruidos y pude dormir tranquila.
El desayuno tenía variedad suficiente, era rico. Lo único que no me gustó es que la fruta se sentía un poco añeja, y que un día había un pancito menos para nosotros, pero el resto había estaba bien, había opción de jugo y leche, café y té, cereales, yogurt, avena, etc.
La habitacion amplia y cómoda, el baño limpio.

O hostel é bem equipado, sendo que o quarto 10 em que me hospedei possui banheiro individual e o café da manhã é simples, mas gostoso. O quarto é espaçoso com aquecedor, ar-condicionado e TV com NETFLIX, cama confortável, banheiro e cozinha equipada com frigobar, cooktop 2 bocas e pia. O hospedagem fica próxima a mercados, restaurantes e bares. A rua é tranquila, bonita, segura e perto do metrô Pedro de Valdivia-L1, que é a principal linha para os turistas.
Com relação ao serviço, fui muito bem recebido pelo Sérgio, que inclusive me ofereceu gratuitamente chip para celular gratuitamente como cortesia, e pela equipe tanto em minha hospedagem, quanto no momento em que precisei guardar a bagagem antes do check-in.
Nada para apontar.

El baño fue lo peor. La ducha demasiado resbalosa. El shampoo de mala calidad. La ducha estaba en mal estado. No había jabón en la ducha. El unico jabón disponible era para el lavamanos y era pésimo, no servía para nada, era más agua que jabón. Yo que uso lentes de contacto no me los pude poner ya que necesitaba tener las manos limpias y el jabón no servía.

A localização é maravilhosa, bem perto do metrô, um bairro tranquilo, com muitas opções de restaurantes e outras facilidades. A rua é muito silenciosa e o quarto confortável, com excelente banheiro e chuveiro. O custo-benefício também compensou.

O melhor é a localização, além de ficar numa área bem segura (mesmo a noite), tranquila e silenciosa, ao mesmo tempo fica a poucos minutos de vários restaurantes, metrô e o Costanera Center. Se trata de um grande casa transformada em hotel/pousada. Achei tudo bem limpo e organizado. Funcionários solícitos e simpáticos. Cama confortável. Café da manhã bem básico e simples, porém já ajuda a sair pela cidade alimentado. Internet boa e ar-condicionado potente. Me hospedaria novamente no local.
O chuveiro do quarto que fiquei era bastante apertado, o banheiro em si é grande mas o box apertado. Mas nada que desabone a estadia.

Es un excelente lugar, muy cómodo y de fácil acceso. La habitación es agradable, pero sería ideal que pudiese tener espacio para dejar la ropa u bolsos. Está todo muy limpio y puedes elegir la modalidad de desayuno (para llevar o comer en el lugar)

Beautiful architecture and house.
There was a broken window in the room - a smashed window with a hole in it. This is not satisfactory and should've been fixed before you allowed the room to be used. The shower door was also broken. For a chain of guest houses, the maintenance of the place is substandard.....you could easily get those two things fixed within a day.....very disappointing.

Beautiful old house convert to 10 room guest house.
Air Conditioning [AC] is not reliable. I am told by locals this is likely due to the property having a domestic electricity supply and would need to be upgraded to allow multiple rooms to use air conditioning in the summer. The first day I was advised to turn of the power to everyone’s room to reset my own AC as the power supplies are not labelled - this makes me wonder if the electrics have been inspected for safety. The next day to open the window.
Unregistered for taxes so foreign tourists unable to take the usual 19% exemption which depending on how you book may result in higher than expected charges.

Para pasar la noche y/o visitar la ciudad me parece un lugar muy bueno. Lugar muy limpio y el desayuno bueno. Cabe mencionar que es auto servicio y que el alojamiento deja preparada una caja con tus cosas para desayunar. Creo que es bueno entre precio y calidad
El único detalle, es que las piezas no tienen buen aislación acústica. En la mañana se escucha mucho las maletas y las conversaciones de las personas que van saliendo o entrando.

A acomodação fica muito bem localizada, próximo à estação do metrô, bares, café e restaurante. O atendimento foi muito bom, principalmente pela Michel que deu ótimas dicas e sempre muito simpática. O café é simples mas supre todas as necessidades. Tudo muito limpo e a comunicação com todos é muito fácil. Super recomendo.

A localização é ótima, o ambiente muito confortável, e o staff maravilhoso. Palmas para a Ale, que tem uma recepção incrível e é sempre muito gentil com todos! As camas são grandes e confortáveis, a limpeza sempre em dia, tem TV, e o Wi-Fi é ÓTIMO. Fica a 5min do Metrô e é bem seguro. Definitivamente voltarei a me hospedar lá caso volte a Santiago.

Lugar muy acogedor, el personal tiene un trato inmejorable. El desayuno muy bueno. La pieza es pequeña pero suficiente para una persona, la cama muy cómoda. Definitivamente volvería a quedarme en este hostal.

Não há o que reclamar da estadia no Maktub Europa. Inicialmente, o check-in foi de fácil realização. Como cheguei antes do horário de check-ín, foi-me permitido deixar a bagagem na recepção. O atendimento da Alessandra é amigável, uma excelente pessoa. Também devo agradecer aos serviços de transfer prestados pela Andrea, também muito amável e pontualíssima.
O quarto que fiquei era destinado a apenas uma pessoa, com uma cama muito confortável. Tanto o quarto quanto o banheiro estavam limpos. Destaque para a pequena varanda particular que meu quarto tinha, possibilitando deixar a porta externa aberta para ventilação e aproveitamento da luz natural.
A localização talvez seja a melhor parte, pertíssimo da Avenida Pedro de Valdivia e a 4 quadras da Avenida Providência, com ampla variedade de bares, restaurantes, cafés, mercados e conveniências. Consegui fazer tudo a pé e de forma segura, principalmente em horários mais próximos do fim do dia (entre 23h e 00h), haja vista que a Av. Pedro de Valdivia mantém algum movimento até tarde.
O acesso ao hostel é feito por meio de senha, permitindo maior liberdade para quem se hospeda.
O hostel disponibilizou um kit lanche para os dois dias que saí cedo para tours (às 5h). Ajuda em um desjejum por ser um lanche com suco, mas nada excepcional. Mesmo assim ajuda.
Considero um ótimo custo-benefício!

La persona che, prima dell'alba, ha cominciato a scampanellare per entrare nella proprietà. Dato che ad altri ospiti il giorno prima avevano dato il codice della porta errato, mi chiedo se non fosse lo stesso problema, nel qual caso mannaggia a chi ha fatto sì che tutti venissimo svegliati a quell'ora.
Il fatto che la colazione da asporto sia molto più piccola di quella mangiata in loco (forse anticipare l'orario di colazione alle 7 sarebbe bene, visto che non ero l'unico a partire prima delle 8).

C'est un lieu assez impersonnel où tout semble fait pour gagner de l'argent : petits déjeuners peu variés, check in par téléphone,... De plus ils vous obligent à payer la IVA, seuls hôtes à le faire après un mois passé au Chili ! Nous avons été bien déçus !
