1. Incredible house perched in the mountains! Kitchen is fully stocked with anything you may need. Beds were comfortable and the house is very spacious. Perfect for groups. Hot tub and sauna were amazing and super easy to use. House was very clean and well stocked. The driveway is very steep so just be mindful of that. We even saw a mommy and baby deer in the yard every day! There aren’t many ***bnb’s I would stay at again but I am already excited to come back to this one!

2. Erika’s place was just stunning! We ended up with just a group of 7, four adults and 3 young children, so there was plenty of room for all of us! The basement pool table, air hockey and games were great for the kids! Hot tub was great for us! We did make the waffles one morning and they were delicious! They have everything you need to make and enjoy them! The kitchen is well stocked with everything you could want for cooking which is awesome! We have some picky eaters so cooking at this retreat was best for us! The beds are comfortable as well which I find important!

3. Amazing hosts! Super responsive and very helpful. Ericka answered all my questions promptly! The place is absolutely beautiful and the amenities are top tier! Everything from the clean bathrooms, huge sunroom, hot tub already heated with new water and firewood/charcoal being provided. Best ***bnb I have ever stayed at! Would love to come back here again in the future and stay longer. These hosts deserve all the praise for their 5star ***bnb listing. This was the perfect weekend getaway from the city. Perfect for any group or family.

4. This place was amazing!! Erica accommodated our last minute stay and was super responsive the entire time! The place is immaculate, hot tub & sauna both with mountain views. One of the best bnbs I've ever stayed at, and I travel frequently. Certainly one of the best in the Massanutten area. Also has a user's manual and signs for all her technology; overall so more amenities than any bnb I've stayed at.

5. We booked Erika’s home for a Spring Break getaway with 3 adults and 2 middle schoolers. We all had a blast! The house was just as described and had all the great amenities listed (and some I didn’t expect like bathrobes and slippers!). The kids particularly loved the game room and everyone really enjoyed the hot tub (which is pretty private and not within clear view of neighbors). The location is perfect, being in Massanutten Resort and we enjoyed being relatively close to hikes at Shenandoah National Park and Luray Caverns. I will say the driveway was a little nerve racking to navigate the first time but that’s to be expected in the mountains and Erika’s done a great job of adding markers so you can clearly see where the edges of the paved driveway. Definitely would recommend a stay at Erika’s listing and will keep it on our list for places to possibly return to!

6. "We loved Ericka’s place. We celebrated my husband’s 30th by relaxing and enjoying the home. This home was very clean and so spacious, great for multiple families as we could have fit more people. Coffee bar surpasses any others and a highlight for us. Lots of amenities in the home to enjoy where we are thinking of booking again in the fall. Ideally made where you don’t have to leave and genuinely relax there. The hot tub and sauna were very clean just like the rest of the home. Private deck and sunroom was nice and allowed plenty of hangout space. Karaoke, arcade games, a pool table and ice hockey all were put to use. Kitchen was stocked and had everything we needed within reason. We cooked most meals and loved they provided kid friend items! must say this was the first stay I felt was well worth my money and one I would re-visit.
The only downfall was the water park which has nothing to do with the host or bnb. It’s overpriced, low quality, and I would skip that attraction."

8. "We had a dorm-mate reunion here - 7 women celebrating 35+ years of friendship. The place was awesome. We were not there to ski, but were able to take walks, hang out in the hot tub, sit by the fire pit, and converse. The house is beautiful with lots of room, great showers, and a really great kitchen. We enjoyed ourselves."

9. "We rented this home for a week, and it was certainly a week of relaxation. The pictures accurately reflect the home. The home had everything we needed for rest and relaxation. The jacuzzi was amazing, (even in 28 degree weather) once inside, you snuggle right into the warmth of the water.

The sauna was also a nice addition to our stay. I often use saunas for relaxation and this sauna is top of the line.

My family (which included a toddler and 11month old) was easily able to make this our home away from home for the week.

And the views, were absolutely stunning.

Lastly, I noticed prior to our stay, that some reviews were left regarding the steepness of the driveway. I will say, although the elevation of the driveway is certainly higher than normal, we had no problems backing up it, with three larger vehicles (truck and SUVs). We got more proficient every time, and the markers along the side to keep you on track were helpful. Certainly nothing to fret over."

10. "The stay here was amazing, and I plan to go back. There were robes and slippers in all the rooms with water bottles as well. We loved the hot tub and sauna!! The driveway is definitely steep but not as bad as the other reviews made it seem. It was hard to turn around with the other cars in the driveway but we just backed down with no problem."
