Stinkender Bettwäsche

Die Lage ist super und eigentlich sind es sehr schöne Zimmer mit einem schönen Gemeinschaftsbereich, aber man sieht das hier nichts ordentlich gereinigt oder gepflegt wird.

Wir haben zunächst ein Zimmer bekommen, das offensichtlich nicht gereinigt wurde inklusive stinkender Bettwäsche. Das Zimmer lies sich auch nicht abschließen, da die Batterie des Schließsystems leer war. Der Vermieter hat auf Nachrichten gar nicht reagiert und ging erst beim x-ten Versuch ans Telefon. Das Ersatzzimmer sah etwas besser aus, ob die Bettwäsche und Handtücher wirklich frisch waren, war nicht ganz klar. Der Boden war weniger dreckig.

Prima appartement

De housekeeper was heel aardig. Ze waren nog bezig met de bedden opmaken en schoonmaken terwijl we er eigenlijk al in konden. Bedden lagen heel zacht. En alles was functioneel.

Erg weinig wcs ook omdat je het met 5 kamers moet delen..lijkt mij verstandig om een molton bescherming om de matrassen te doen. Was niet schoon. De kussens waren ook echt aan vervanging toe.

Perfekte Lage und das Gemeinschaftsbad war sehr groß und sauber…

…allerdings halt ein Gemeinschaftsbad. Das war per se nicht schlimm, allerdings sollte das bei der Beschreibung der Unterkunft klarer gesagt werden.

Tolle Unterkunft wäre sie sauber gewesen...

Schicke Dachgeschosswohnung mit großzügigen Zimmern sowie Bädern. Super Lage mitten in der Innenstadt, was jedoch das Parken bei Anreise mit dem Auto problematisch macht.

Zwar waren die Betten frisch bezogen, jedoch war das Zimmer zum Zeitpunkt der Anreise definitiv nicht gesaugt/geputzt. Überall lagen Haare und Überbleibsel der Vormieter-nicht sehr einladend!

Wenn man die Zugangsdaten hat, dann ist das eine schöne Übernachtungsmöglichkeit für 1-2 Nächte in Passau

Die Zimmer sind sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem, was man so braucht. Handtücher, Kaffeemaschine und Kaffee. Eine sehr zentrale Lage, die Altstadt ist fußläufig zu erreichen

Wir haben drei Zimmer für eine Nacht gebucht und haben nur einen Zugangscode bekommen. Dementsprechend konnten wir erstmal nur ein Zimmer mit einem Doppelbett für 6 Personen belegen. Nach einem hin-und her telefonieren (konnten kein erreichen) und Mails schreiben, haben wir durch Zufall von den anderen Gästen die Handynummer bekommen, die wir davor schon angerufen haben. Man muss eine WhatsApp Nachricht schreiben (anrufen bringt nichts). Das haben wir dann auch getan, nach ca. 10 Minuten haben wir weitere Codes bekommen und konnten unsere drei gebuchten Zimmern belegen. Das hat uns etwas Zeit und Nerven gekostet.

-big comfy bed ...after we CALL the service contact , and specify again that we re a couple and we booked one double bed ... -view with panorama and place to smoke in an interior garden -pool table, washing machine, shared kitchen

- 2 toilets for approx 15 people we were shocked ...it was like a public toilet ... -the check in was in some confusion: they didnt put the door key into the box( where it should be ) ...after we needed to call the contact person to RE specify that we want a double bed for couple - after approx 15 people used the bathroom - it looks like a public toilet - The kitchen washing machine smelled awful ... probably clogged -the cleaning staff didnt clean untill check in time 14.00 so we needed to wait outside, tired, in heat -the place is from wood so u can hear everithing: steps, conversations etc -NO A/C in the summer time .... we were lucky that in the evening it was chilly -its like a student dorm ...who wants privacy, this is NOT the place for U -old building with OF COURSE NO elevator ...so up on the stairs three floors ... -person who's in charge of this place, totally not PROFI -juat if U check well U see that is a SHARED bathroom conclusion : i will NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

Lovely place

It is a lovely place, comfortabele beds and in the beautiful old city centre! Our kids liked the pool table!

We missed airco and some curtains. The shared bathrooms I didn't know of beforehand, but it's was okay.

disappointment

The accommodation was in the city center, ideal for one night.

Totally unhelpful staff when we needed to resolve the missing key to our room. They finally delivered it to us, but we waited a long time and they were not very willing to help us at first. In the apartment there are only two bathrooms with toilets for many rooms, so there was a "queue" waiting and the cleanliness was not good. The sheets on the bed looked used :-( The staff who were supposed to help us with the initial difficulties were instead making dinner in the kitchen and, in addition to being reluctant, left the kitchen a mess. Overall it was disappointing.

location brilliant for exploring and Passau and lovely building

when we arrived we didn’t know which was our room because there were 2 keys in the lock box . when I booked I had asked how would I know which room was ours as I saw others had been unclear, reply didn’t help

We were lied 3 times by the owner

We didn't have the chance to see this apartment. When we arrived, we didn't find the key in the locker. We travelled by bicycles and we stayed innthe cold outside. We called and they promissed that someone will come After a while , because no one arrived, we called back and they say that no one will come. Then, they sent us at a different hotel , saying that it will not affect us in any way, just that we have to change the location and that they talked with the personnel from the other hotel and they will wait for us. While we were on the road, cycling to the new hotel, which was not in the center as the one we've booked, we received a new message to pay 82 Euro at the new hotel and send them the receipt. They promise the refund will be instant. When we arrived at the new location, we found out that no one called to announce our arrival and we had to pay 81 Euro. We payed and asked for invoice and send the invoice as indicated in the message. They never refund us the money, we called booking a few times explaining the situation and they were really nice and payed us back the 81 Euro. In case you have any kind of issues like that, Booking should be called. They will find you a different option.

Overpriced hostel

The kids enjoyed the pool table.

This is an overpriced hostel. 2 bathrooms to be shared amongst 6-7 rooms, some rooms host 5 people, our party alone had 7 in two rooms. I searched the listing again and still agree that it is not clear the bathrooms are a shared space. The parking is vary far from the facility. The code given to us to access the keys from the lockbox was incorrect and it took over 30 mins for the host to respond and they never answered our calls.

The location and quality of accommodation are excellent for multi-day activities.

We stayed in the very nice Apartment Passau 24-7, which is located right next to the famous cathedral of St. Stephan. The location and quality of accommodation are excellent for multi-day activities. Everything is neat, excellently equipped and clearly explained. The rooftop has an amazing panoramic view at the city! It was short but lovely. Thank you

Lovely window view

The apartment is very beautiful, the beds were veryyy comfortable. The view from the window is just beautiful and everything was very clean. The location was also awesome, near the dom.

No staff/host on the location, more of a personal preferences though. Some people might really like that.

I washed my hair with cold water

Nothing

I was there on a business trip, but there was no hot water, so I washed my hair with cold water. I waited another hour and tried again, but the water was still cold, so I gave up on the shower. It's really ridiculous. The staff was sleeping and I had to leave at 9am, It's a soundproof room, but you can still hear people talking in the next room and walking upstairs.
