NEW to PROACTIVE Vacations! The Bryant's is an impressive NEWLY BUILT 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home with your very own PRIVATE POOL! Start your day on the front porch high-rise chairs, drinking coffee, watching the sunrise and gazing out on the Intracoastal Waterway. Step out the front door and you're just 100 steps from both the private pier on the Intracoastal and Marsh Walk's private beach access which allows quick, easy entrance to the white sand beach and waves. Load your beach wagon and in less than a 3-minute walk, your toes are in the sand, and you're ready to set up your spot on the beach. If you forget anything or need to replenish supplies, it's a quick walk back to the house. The private pier on the Intracoastal has a boat slip as well as a high deck with amazing views of the natural habitat – it's a great spot for watching birds and boats, and for fishing. This coastal getaway offers everything and more to become your favorite vacation destination!

This coastal getaway offers a relaxing escape from daily life! Inside you will find a cheerful, open concept floor plan boasting nautical décor and comfortable furnishings! Thekitchen offers everything you need and more! The large center island is the perfect place to gather for making home cooked meals and sharing the secret family recipe. After your meal, relax in the living room to watch your favorite movie, or slip away to one of two comfortably furnished screened-in porches to read your go-to book or share a quiet conversation with your favorite person. A large master bedroom is located just off the main living area and features a king size bed, TV, private bathroom with a double vanity sink and gorgeous walk-in shower. A powder room and laundry room are conveniently located on this level as well. After your long day in the sun enjoy one of the many outdoor decks to relax with an ice-cold beverage!

Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms all comfortably furnished with soothing coastal elements! Bedroom #2 offers a queen bed, its own private screened-in porch, and semi-private bathroom. Bedroom #3 offers a full-over-full bunk bed, a TV and shares a bathroom with bedroom #2. Bedroom #4 offers a queen bed and private bathroom with a walk-in shower. *Linens not included. You will find that everyone is well rested for the busy day ahead!

Outdoors you will find your private pool with several lounging areas and a table that seats 8! The grill master in the family is sure to enjoy making a tasty meal on the propane grill, perfect for all your outdoor dining experiences. There is also a large outdoor shower that is fully private so you can rinse off the sand before going into the pool or enjoy soaping up in a nice long shower in the great outdoors. Don't forget to grab your personal favorite beverage at the end of the day and watch the spectacular sunsets from either the top deck of the pier or from the wooden bench on private beach access walkway! Enjoy!

Swimming pools are open each year from April 15 thru October 15. Pool heating is not available for this home. Pools are cleaned prior to arrival, and also cleaned mid-stay for 7 night rentals
