Perfect place to stay

The apartment was very spacious. All areas were of a good size. The apartment was extremely clean. Well designed kitchen with plenty of utensils provided. Secure parking and secure access to the building. Perfect for our stay.

Despite having information for 3 little words to find the building, none of us had Internet to access it which meant we had difficulty trying to find the entrance to the property. Maybe providing street names to follow would assist finding the entrance. Hopefully this would prevent frustration for others in future.

A great holiday base, a home from home

The apartment was spacious, clean and close to tesco and the Ramsey coastline. Also everything had been thought of even down to a few dishwasher and clothes washing tablets so you didn't need to buy them. We really enjoyed our stay.

TV reception was poor. Although after 9pm it was fabulous 🤔

Written directions in advance essential to access property.

Location Able to walk to Ramsey Very helpful people especially at the Swan hotel

No luggage racks. Doors internally need to be able to be kept open. The reliance on an IT map and strange app? to find the accommodation was very stressful as phone sim did not work on the isle of man. Please just send written directions and key code at least month in advance as travellers need to prepare their trip. Huge thanks to the 10 people who collectively helped me to actually find and access the place.

Great location, easy to find and hassle free

Perhaps a bit basic. Would have been helpful if it was clear about the stairs as one of our party is disabled but nothing major to complain about.

It was close to a load of amenities and easy to drive around the island from Ramsey.

It did get quiet warm at night in the apartment even with the windows open so a fan or 2 would be nice other than that it was great.

Great stay in this beautiful apartment.

The apartment was lovely, it had everything we could possibly need to feel like home and was beautifully clean and tidy. Great location for exploring ramsey and had loads of room to relax in the sitting/dining room. The washer and drier were a really pleasant surprise and we were grateful for the tea/ coffee and milk on arrival. Paul met us to give us the keys and was lovely and friendly and helpful. Very secure and safe parking. Our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer! Thank you 😊
