Nice house and location but needs minor repairs.

Great location and ample space for a large group was a plus. Poor A/C in both downstairs bedrooms and problems with the plumbing in an upstairs bathroom both interfered with our stay. But arriving to a swimming pool with green, cloudy water was not acceptable. I contacted the owner and I was assured the problem had been addressed but the pool looked no better the following morning. Pool guy was sent out again, the water improved but the pool floor was still dirty. We will not book this property again.

We had an amazing time in Corpus Christi. We were able to visit family members who lived close by. The home was just enough space for each of us. While there was one minor thing to report we didnt let anything stop us from having a great time.

Dirty house, don't walk in bare feet, they will end up black from dirt. Multiple shutters broken, have been for a long time. 1 bedroom has 2 shutters totally missing, after contacting them they covered the window.No internal air conditioning in the master bedroom or bathroom, the vents have been closed by something inserted in them to block the ducking, they do have small window unit stuck in a window that does not allow the shutters to close. Roaches in the kitchen. Cheapest kitchen supplies available to buy at Walmart. 3 wine glasses, 4 water glasses and 3 others, they had more delivered along with pool and bath towels delivered after we complained to them, again we believe the cheapest Walmart has to sell, nothing remotely of quality in this house! Supposed to sleep 20 but 5 of those would be babies in the numerous cribs. Maggots in all trash cans full of trash! Cactus growing in the spouting! A hole in the window of an upstairs bedroom, crakes all down it. We never found a pool heater. There are numerous lightbulbs that need to be replace, lot’s of them are blown. Pointed them out but not actioned I have photos of everything and am happy to share them! Stay clear until he takes this one out of commission for deep cleaning and repairs, totally NOT worth your money even at a third of the rent! Owner is the manager and his cleaner noted the he owns and manages 14 in Corpus, he does not seem to fix anything, I hate to think what the other 13 are like!

Mike was very quick to act and respond to our needs. The home is spacious and inviting. Our children enjoyed the pool with warm water. Thank you for having us.

Furnishings are sparse, old and not comfortable. Not a comfortable couch or chair in the house. Very cheap furnishing in the bedrooms. Mattresses ok. IKEA nightstands, very small. Seems like all soap, shampoo and condition are all the same and watered down. Hot tub did not work until last couple of days, temp finally came up last day. House has been well lived in. Hot water took forever to get hot in downstairs master and does not last long. Water never got hot in the kitchen. It’s just a big old house, looks good outside. Roads into the property are filled with potholes, very rough. Sits in an old golf course. Beware of the mosquitoes behind the house. We have stayed in many VRBO “luxury” homes. This is not one. Host was nice enough. Tv in living room mounted on the wall, wires hanging loose. WiFi worked well. Mice poison everywhere, seem like house was empty for awhile then picked up as a rental. Needs attention everywhere.

The stay at the home was ABSOLUTELY GREAT! Loved the accommodations. Everything was clean. The home is as advertised. The communication with the home owner was great. Check in was great. The neighborhood was great. The weather was great. We totally enjoyed our stay. Leaving was a bit sad.
