HOME HIGHLIGHTS:
- Per WaterColor HOA, all guests 5 years of age or older must be included in your adult guest total in order to receive wristbands to access amenities and pools. This home is allotted 10 wristbands.
- Located in WaterColor Beachside District
- 1 minute walk to the WaterColor Beach Club, Pool is outside the back steps and 1 minute walk to the beach access.
- Fully-equipped gourmet kitchen features quartz countertops, farmhouse sink, and stainless steel appliances.
- Full-size high-efficiency washer and dryer
- WiFi and enhanced cable TV
- Open-air front porch + 2 back/side porches.
- Dedicated parking for 2 vehicles
- 6 Seater Golf Cart
- 3 adult bikes
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
1st Floor
1 King Bed with en-suite bathroom. Stand up shower & vanity.
1 Queen Murphy bed in 1st floor living area
1 half bathroom located off 1st floor living area.
2nd Floor
1 King Bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Shower, soaking tub and double vanity.
2 Queens Bedroom - shared bathroom with shower/tub combo and vanity.
Parking:
2 designated parking spots (However, the golf cart does take up 1 spot. So it really only leaves one additional spot for a vehicle)
BIKES:
3 Bikes for your enjoyment. Additional bikes can be delivered at an additional fee.
GOLF CART:
6 Seater Golf Electric Golf Cart
AMENITIES:
Being a guest in WaterColor community, you have access to the WaterColor Beach Club, Camp Watercolor, Frog Pond, Private Beach Access, Boat House, and Tennis Courts.
Please note that anyone 5+ years will be required to have a wristband to be able to get into any of the amenities. This condo is allowed up to 10 wristbands max.
DISCLAIMER:
We are a professional Vacation Rental Company and will require you to sign a rental agreement when booking with us. We will contact you to get this emailed over shortly after you book. Please also note, that if the property comes with a golf cart or you rent one through our company then you will also be required to sign a Golf Cart Waiver as well. In addition to the waiver you will be required to submit your driver's license and insurance information to us before receiving the keys. If you have any questions please feel free to message us.
