The location was great but the place was lacking in amenities and good water pressure.

It was very clean and spacious. The location was superb. Walking distance to most Hotels and Restaurants.

The main bathroom had no water pressure and the faucets are falling off. The property needs some repairs and updates. The master bedroom bathroom wouldn’t drain properly.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐FIVE STAR LOCATION UNIQUE STAY!!!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An amaizing location the apartment was as described super clean they have front desk to drop off luggage, beach was actualy as stated 2 minutes walk love Condado Beach 🏖️the Casino & Sport bets are leagal here just a minute away! Great restaurant selection they provide at our booking is amazing he gives you a selected guidebook from the owmers of the guesthouse includes all places and locations you need to go during your stay: breakfast, lunch, dinner, beaches, nighlife! Ask for there new service of experiences: Jetski, Kayaks, Snorkeling, Paddelboarding among others. When you book you get your reservation booked at booking.com but they dont collect the payment guesthouse owner do and they pay booking dont get scared when the ask you for your CVC code its normal. Thank you PR Rentals we will defenetly be back here with you!!!!

Mal servicio por parte de management o gerencia.

El mal servicio, que no Claran lo que no proveen al momento de reservar.. mi reservacion fue de 6 dias y sólo me dieron toallas para un dia... y si hubiese reservado por los 6 dias por separado me hubieran tenido que dar los 6 dias toallas limpias, ademas de como minimo recoger basura no hablo de limpiar profundamente el lugar. No dan respuesta ni ayuda en el lobby tienes que comunicarte con el 3ro. que te rento (booking) enviarles un email para que al otro dia te contesten negando tu peticion.

Will never return and suggest you look elsewhere to stay in San Juan.

Absolutely nothing!

I was extremely disappointed with this apartment. It’s was grimy and smelly, the beds bed were uncomfortable, some of the ‘windows’ were covered in plastic (not glass) so the street noise could be heard at all times day and night. In short the accommodations are NOT at all like what is represented in the photographs posted by the management of the property. At almost $1800 for 2 nights I was extremely disappointed. Many of the electrical outlets didn’t work, the iron was broken, there wasn’t even a hook to hang your towels to dry in the bathrooms and the third bathroom was unusable as it was the size of a small closet … if you wanted to use the toilet you had to sit sideways! (see photograph). I’ve been a long time user of Booking.com and this is the first time I have ever had to lodge a complaint about the quality or value of what is posted on their website.
