I’ll never come back to this hotel

Location

Concept, on my reservation breakfast was included. Arrived at the location and find out it was a voucher from $36. Menu was limited, expensive, and not good.

Es miquinta estadía y el personal siempre es amable. Adicional todos son jóvenes atendiendo.

Había unos turistas haciendo mucho ruido por los pasillos hasta altas horas de la madrugada. LLamé y entiendo que resolvieron porque no se sentía las tiraeras de puertay las conversaciones alta.

The views from room bed comfortable

The 35.00 fee that if your not back to hotel don’t utilize. Getting extras at bar or desk always waiting. Did not tell us about shuttle No water pressure for shower

La localización.

Al llegar la habitación no estaba lista, por lo que tuve que esperar. En la habitación los botes de basura no tenían bolsa de basura, más bien estaban sobre los botes. No es sanitario tener que ponerlos sin el equipo necesario.

Great place

Love the room and bed was so comfortable, different densities of pillows. Great smell in the front desk. Most part of the staff was great. Many types of restaurants outside of Hotel.

It would be great if they could have restaurant at the night for dinner. Sink in the room was not working well and not even after the cleaning was done it was fixed. You can hear the party/music outside in the district in bed time.

I was supposed to have a city view room and they gave me a room facing the T-mobile district which was loud music every night.I ask for a change and didn’t happen
