Overall OK, but room was shocking

Recently refurbished and nice areas in the main hotel

My room was very poor, dated and a long black hair in the bath made me question the housekeeping. Decor was damaged, wall part painted and just generally in need of refurbishing

Good because of the people but the hotel has some rooms for improvement

Staff very helpful and breakfast was great. It'll be a really nice place when it's finished

Bit noisy outside, lots of finishing details around the hotel are not complete such as doors and doorframes. Bathroom finished to a basic standard.

Overall the stay was very good and we would certainly stay there again.

The location was very good, and both the evening meal and the breakfast were incredibly good and the chef should be complimented

The bed was only a three quarter bed, not the best and most comfortable

Fantastic

No way is this 4 star!

The staff were friendly and helpful. Lots of free parking. Bed was pretty good.

Lots of small things make the hotel look tired and out of date; tiles in shower ungrouted and with gaps, random mixture of old and new cheap bedroom furniture, huge gaps under doors and around bathroom fixtures, old creaking pipes etc etc. A long list - an old building in need of a lot of investment that it’s clearly not getting.

A lovely time, surrounded by people who want to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Manny, the Manager, couldn't do enough for us. All of the staff were so helpful...It's a new refurbishment and you can tell everyone there wants it to work. So do I. I wish them all well and will definitely be back.

Manny, the Manager is keen to learn from his guests and asks and listens to any guest feedback.

Great location for an overnight stop

Great breakfast, lovely location and wonderful staff. For a new opening, they did everything they could to make sure it was a good stay. Fast responses too

A lovely home from home.

The hotel has been refurbished to a very high standard. Still a few bits to be finished but nothing to worry about. My room was absolutely lovely clean fresh and extremely well appointed. The team are kind, friendly and very considerate, I couldn’t have been look after with any more care.

Felt at home, the attention to detail on the decor is amazing. Lovely place.

The ambiance and welcome was more than we expected. We felt at home and will definitely be coming back. We had the opportunity to have a Chinese and Thai massage can safely say this was one of my best experiences, I would strongly recommend.

A few teething problems but the feedback was positively welcomed. They have just opened and you can see the potential of this beautiful place.

Lovely location close to the main road.Had a good night's sleep with a gorgeous breakfast.The room and the bathroom were better than expected.

Being asked to pay when I was leaving the property at 9.40am. When I arrived at the property, the evening before at 6.50pm, I insisted on paying the £85.00 for the night, which I did. This did sour the stay for me, considering it was the same gentleman who took my payment only 12 hours before.
