New bedding and linens. Minutes from Watch Hill, RI - Foxwoods, Mohegan Sun and 30 mins to Newport RI. Two completely renovated bathrooms in Dec 2023.

A beautifully restored property in a fabulous location for river walks and Mystic town, we had a wonderful time in this 1890’s colonial. The host was reachable and very responsive and we really appreciated his kind attention. The house was updated comfortable with two full baths and a reslly good kitchen. I recommend this property wholeheartedly

We loved staying at the house with all the great amenities, cute decor and convenient location so close to restaurants and the Seaport. Will definitely stay again for our next Soccer Tournament.

We always try to stay in VRBO's instead of hotels. We have stayed in plenty of them and this was probably our favorite. The house is comfortable, really well furnished and the location is perfect. Park right in the driveway and walk everywhere. The owner was always responsive and easy to reach if needed, can't wat to go back, highly recommend

We had a wonderful stay. The house was located in a perfect location, and the town is pet friendly. We walked to watch the sunset each night, by the water. We walked to the drawbridge to downtown Mystic and also the Seaport. The house was spacious and very nicely decorated. The gardens were beautiful! The host answered any questions we had right away. Great communication. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Five stars for both the house and the host! I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting with family and/or friends and wants to stay close to Mystic downtown. The house was really cozy and perfect. Special thanks to the host for hospitality, communication, and overall kindness.

The newly renovated home was cozy and clean. Wasn’t afraid for the babies with us to crawl on the floor which is always a concern. Tastefully decorated and Chris was a great communicator as well as very accommodating. Would recommend and would definitely come stay here again.

It was a perfect location, walking distance to everything. It was great for a small family- we went with our 15 year old son and his friend and we all had a wonderful time. The house was very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Christopher, the owner, is wonderful and extremely responsive to questions. I would recommend his home to anyone who is looking to get away to Mystic!!

The house was beautiful inside; tastefully remodeled and decorated. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were cozy yet spacious. You can tell a lot of thought went into making the house a great place to stay. This is an a prime location for Mystic. Easily walkable to any attraction. Park your car and forget it. Chris was so easy to communicate with and answered every question I had. He even checked in with us after we arrived to make sure everything was OK. We definitely will be back.

I was incredibly pleased from the very first communication with Chris. He answered any of my questions and clarifications prior to and after arrival incredibly quick. The house is beautiful and freshly remodeled inside. The kitchen is huge and the appliances like new. It is rare to find a rental with two full bathrooms and both were extremely clean and well lit. The beds were very comfortable and plenty of closet space. We had our dogs with us this vacation and the fact that it is set back a little from the main street was a nice plus. The best part of this property is the location. My wife and I have stayed at numerous places in and around Mystic and this was the best location so far. You can walk to almost anywhere in town in a matter of minutes. You are a 4 minute walk from the Mystic Seaport Museum and less than 8 minutes from the drawbridge and downtown. We took the pups to town every day just for exercise. Mystic is extremely dog friendly! We like to explore so during our stay we made the 55 minute drive to Newport RI one day, caught an amazing sunset in Watch Hill, RI (30 min) another and took a quick 20 minute excursion the Foxwoods Casino on another evening. We would definitely stay with Chris again at his wonderful property!

A well appointed home recently refurnished. The tall windows allowed plenty of sun during day making the home feel warm and cheerful. The house is set back away from the street so noise is at a minimum. Be sure to enjoy the harbor from the kitchen window!
