I dont think will be going there again

The room size was good and its near to gate 365 but tht gate is way far from namaz area specially for women

Bathroom tiny and not clean. Towel were having stain and were rough. Very bad condition of towels. For cleaning they were just cleaning bathroom and only when u will ask them to do vacuum then only they r doing it. Bedsheets’s were yellow. Pillows were uncomfortable. Breakfast was average. Not big verity and mostly dessert were not fresh. Reception always takes time to receive call. Room service menu was just few things only 4 5 dishes nothing else.

Excellent Location, very good staff, clean room

Entrance to the masjid's corridors is within 1-minutes reach. Extremely good if you have appointment for Rawdah. The air-conditioning system is so good that we had to shut down the ACs even when the outside temperature was 46 degrees. There is buffet system in the hotel restaurant (SAR 100 per person) and multiple other food options also at walking distance of 4-5 minutes. The rooms were very cleaning and comfortable. The hotel is as par with Marriot, Maden, in terms of everything except breakfast that can be improved and more options added. I had travelled with family, and it was very easy to reach from Haramain Train Station. There are multiple shops nearby that sell dates at reasonable prices. Also, 2 pharmacies are located nearby.

Very professionell housekeeping, at the head of their duties, and all time their to help you especially Mr Mohammed Rafi

The staff in the reception and housekeeping were fantastic, The room which they allocated to me was amazing, big room than the most of what they had, fascinating view. Thank you 👍🏽

The breakfast was horrible, the staff not professional, the quality of the food was horrible, every morning was so many things missing as well as lack of cleanliness. I talked to Mr Ussama the food and beverage manager; he was very helpful but he just came to the hotel 2 weeks ago which isn’t enough to set any kind of system unfortunately

Don’t book their , I recommend anywhere else all other places are too close to haram, this was very bad experience

This can’t be graded 4 stars it’s zero stars and cannot be considered as hotel, it’s appartment

The bathroom smells stink, I couldn’t take shower from the smell smell like sewage. Breakfast is very poor I’m really disappointed not worth the money, I hated the stay

فندق ممتاز قريب من الحرم شامل كل شي ويستحق السعر

الغرف جدا نظيفة واخذنا غرفة واسعه مع ان اقصى عدد في الغرفة كان اربع اشخاص ولكن سمحوا لطفل ان يدخل معنا، الحمام نظيف والاستقبال جدا متعاونين ومرحبين في الزوار خصوصا العامل البنقالي تحت اللي ياخذك الغرفه يعطيه العافيه بشوش وماقصر، البوفيه كذلك جيد، الفندق قريب جدا من الحرم يمكن دقيقتين مشي وتحت في اسواق خاصه بالفندق. مددنا الحجز لثلاثه ايام يستحق الفندق.

البوفيه ليس متنوع وزحمه جدا وفي ناس تدخل من بره ماكان في نطام لكن فطور جيد ،خدمة الغرف ليست ممتازه لان كل ماتطلب العامل ينظف او يجيب مستلزمات الغرفه يتأخرو ولا يردوا على الهاتف في اهمال من هاذي الناحية، السرير مرتفع جدا وصعب لكبار السن وللاطفال.

الموقع والقرب من المسجد النبوي المطعم والعاملين به وسرعة الاستجابة والتنفيذ خدمة المواقف المجانية ووسع المواقف الغرف كبيره والأثاث جديد

1-عدم وجود شبكة ارسال للجوال لبعض الغرف 2-الانترنت جيد جدا تابع لشبكة الفندق 3-المصاعد نظامها في الحركة سي جدا بحيث مصعد واحد الي يتحرك من السبعة ليخدم الدور كامل المفروض جميع المصاعد تتحرك في نفس الوقت وأكثر زحمة وقت الصلوات بحيث يكون تكدس أمام المصاعد مع ان العدد 8 مصاعد ورجل الأمن مشكور يقوم بالتنظيم ولكن يوجد زحمة

Every thing was good except very cold welcome from reception. They need a little improvement. Smiling is a charity and cost nothing. I do not think was related to work stress.

Very good experience and will be first choice when coming again to Madinah. I recommend it.

It was very clean and the Iftar was very good.It was very near to Haram also and near from Al Rowda and the visit gate Bab Al Salam.

The room was too small in the same time i wasn’t upset cuz we just slept and go for Salat. They forgot to put slippers but to be honest i was ok and I didn’t ask for them.

The staff of the hotel was very nice shah alam room boy and there supervisor were very helpful loved my stay there

Every room should have a microwave or at least every floor should have a microwave there wasn’t a single microwave in the whole hotel
