The beachiest of elegant gathering spaces, it combines den, dining, and gourmet kitchen under a high ceiling lined with shiplap and wooden beams. Enjoy casual dining on four stools at the kitchen island or serve up to 10 at the dining table, with chairs that nestle against a cozy banquette. Chairs and sofa face a fireplace and wall-mounted flat-screen TV in the den, which opens to the spacious balcony. Step out to the shaded deck to enjoy beach breezes, al fresco dining, and Gulf views! A grilling area invites cookout fun.
Another star of the home, the third-floor game room boasts a stylish ping-pong table behind a sofa and TV mounted over a wet bar, perfect for movie night or entertaining a crowd. It’s a secondary living space for adults and kids alike!
SLEEPING QUARTERS: A pair of king suites with lavish wood detailing flank the front hallway, offering easy access and grand accommodations for guests. On the second floor, the primary king suite features more custom woodwork on a raised ceiling, and this private haven opens to a Juliet balcony that looks over dunes to the Gulf horizon. This suite’s spa-like bath, with dual sinks, soaking tub, and walk-in shower, adds to the glamour of this self-contained retreat.
Finally, off the third-floor game, two bunk rooms offer twin-over-queen built-ins. One bunk room has an ensuite bath with tub/shower combo, while the other has its own private balcony with Gulf glimpses and access to a full hall bath with walk-in shower.
GREAT FEATURES: A laundry closet and a full laundry room on separate floors make it easy to keep clothes and beach towels fresh. A hallway desk offers a spot for a little work after beach time. More conveniences, such as two wet bars on first and third floors, a drop zone with hooks for towels, a two-car garage, and an outdoor shower, make the home extremely livable.
