Did we mention this house is on the beach? Not only is this house beachfront, it is also at the northern end of the prestigious Hedges Avenue with only 100 metres to walk before encountering the parklands and the following fine dining and entertainment precinct of Broadbeach.
The location simply could not be any more idyllic.
This is truly the ultimate in Gold Coast beachfront living and sure to make a holiday to remember, and perhaps a family tradition!
Start every day as you enter the spacious and open lounge, dining and kitchen with Air Conditioning and be greeted by
the ocean view across the large outdoor elevated deck and private back yard.
As the sun streams across the wood floors prepare a meal from the fully appointed kitchen including all appliances and cooking utensils.
The master bedroom with king bed, air conditioning, walk in robe, and ensuite with separate bath and shower.
The second guest bedroom on the lower level has a queen bed and its own access to the backyard and beach beyond.
Third bedroom has 2 bunk beds, or 4 beds in total.
Double lock up garage.
There is additional off street parking for 2 other vehicles in the driveway.
The upper deck has a BBQ and outdoor dining setting overlooking the large fully fenced yard. The property is pet friendly and safe for dogs (though you should of course keep an eye on them). The property also has direct beach access.
The home can accommodate 8 Guests with 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. Perfect for 2 families or groups of adults.
Please note the price includes all linens, towels, beach towels, cleaning and service fees
