City taxes are way higher than Expedia advertised. It's pretty outdated in the rooms and not super clean. The restaurant menu was ok but nothing was available the nights we were there.

There were bed bugs. The staff did not seem to take it seriously at all even though I had woken up with bed bugs crawling on my face and body. We decided to leave and go to a different hotel. I was told there would be a refund issued but I never received it. I contacted the hotel and never heard back. Absolute worst experience and service I have ever received.

This was a wonderful hotel. I stayed for only a night, but it was a relaxing experience with friendly and helpful staff. They were able to call me a taxi in the morning to get to the train station, which was very appreciated.

It was an old style hotel but had everything a guest need. I was quite disappointed at their breakfast buffet. They provided too few food options with some food too sweet or too salty. The soup was too hard to eat... Needs some improvement

Serviceable hotel a quick walk from the Casa Port train station. The area is a bit sketchy. Practical to have a restaurant on site (that serves alcohol!).
