We found the motel to be clean and comfortable. I only have two cons to note. The bathroom lacked ample counter space, which presented a challenge when getting ready. Also, the continental breakfast was sparse with the only protein option to be high sugar kids yogurt. A light greek yogurt would have been a nice addition for adults, just to have something other than muffins, oatmeal and bread. But overall, decent accommodations at an affordable price. And a highlight were the workers meeting guests at their rooms in the morning with an umbrella when it was raining. Well done!

The motel stay was terrible because the second night I was woken up by a MOUSE falling on my head. I pushed it off it fell onto my bed. I grabbed the ice bucket and scooped the stunned mouse into it quickly put on the cover. It was after 11PM the office was closed I put the bucket on the gas grill outside the office. We packed up and drove home in the middle of the night. Called the office as soon as it opened the next morning. I explained what happened was told the owner would reach out. Surprised no one did. I do NOT recommend this motel!

Basic facilities but very clean and well presented. Staff helpful and pleasant. Only slight issue as with the breakfast arrangements while the food selection was good the arrangements for obtaining the food chaotic as the wasn't any space to set the tray down which meant it was a balancing act. The seating for breakfast was all external on on picnic tables. Overall the experience was good and in a great location.

our small refrigerator leaked. The staff supplied paper towels but it leaked all night so we kept wiping it up. The room had two beds but one had no firmness, really sunk down so we shared a bed. The easy chairs in the room also sank down when you sat in them. The breakfast provided was o.k. but there was no place to eat inside but had picnic tables outside, but it was cold and windy that morning we ate there. The outside plantings were beautiful but we would not stay here again.

I read on one review there were breakfast sandwiches served but there wasn't. Maybe it was an old review and you stopped serving them but I feel they should be available for the price we paid for a room.

I really liked the staff and the cleanliness of the property. Loved having a free breakfast and plenty of parking. It is close to the beach and away from the traffic in Ogunquit. Heated pool, picnic tables and grills. Supermarket in Wells just north of the resort motel. Great value and convenient location.

This property is family friendly! We brought our 1 year old for her first vacation and stayed here for a long weekend, it was a great choice for littles and families! There were no stairs to carry all the things you bring for a toddler (which was a car load for us) all one level motel style. The beds were very comfortable and had great pillows! They gave you plenty of towels for a family!! The breakfast was good for a quick bite and go out to the beach that was right down the road. Also close to shopping areas etc. However, was quiet and nice at night to relax and get a great night sleep. We would stay here again. And if you are looking for a family friendly vacation spot close to beach, shopping, antiques, Dunkin' Donuts for the early risers this is the place to book!

The bed was comfy, the parking was convenient, complimentary breakfast (we skipped but still a nice touch). The AC was VERY loud, the rooms were musty and gave us a cough (phlegm/allergies for 48 hours following our stay) … was fine for a one night stay considering it was high season and last minute.

Breakfast selection is fair but not great. There is no eating area!, if you don’t eat outside on a picnic bench, you take your food back to your room. Room is quite small. The bathroom sink is in the “kitchen?” area, although a mini-microwave and a toaster, hardily qualifies as a kitchen, and there was almost no water pressure. Room needs more lighting. At least the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. They have several gas grills if you want to grill something that you can eat outside.
