I've paid less for better accommodations

Close to the coast and the course I was racing that day.

The shower curtain rod fell down as soon as I touched it. Put it back up as best as I could but I have no idea how it ever stayed up there to begin with.

Very outdated and not up to par defective appliances. inside. Good location

Location was good. Restaurants were nearby.

Toilet wouldn't flush was the 1st issue. Then the TV screen was black. Could not use shower. Wifi was completely horrible. Fridge took a long time to get cold

Not all that Majestic

I liked the price and the fact that they take dogs.

In the future I need to call and see if there's an additional fee for dogs. Room was okay, but pain on exterior door was peeling. There was supposed to be breakfast, but the office was closed in the morning.

Liked having 2 bedrooms, but no a/c or tv in them. Did have a small sleep sofa. Have stayed here before, but probabl

Location is good. restaurants and a few things within walking distance. However, it is no longer a trolly stop, when we asked desk about trolly hours they failed to tell us. We had to walk a bit with our beach gear (trolly driver told us). Pool was ok but needed cleaning, tennis court, grills etc on site.

Needs updates, beds not comfy, linens seemed dirty mold in bath-tub. A/C so loud you can’t hear yourself think, or hear tv when at night when relaxing. I think we had 2 spoons and no other utensils in kitchenette. There is a small fridge/toaster/microwave/coffee pot. Skip the breakfast unless you like day old pastry and fruit.

Really disappointed with the whole facility.

Noise all night, loose toilet seat, door security poor for the room, outdoor stairs rotten and unsafe.

Don't do it!!!

Location was fine

Place was filthy... Large homeless population.. Unsanitary pool ( condoms floating) heavy police activity... I have honestly never stayed in such a disgusting place...I was in no way expecting fancy, but every picture on the website was a misrepresentation! When confronted with an issue the owner became combative....I came with 22 family members we rented suites for the holiday... we had no option but to stay ..... it was horribly....

The room smelled so bad (disinfectant) that we had headaches after 5 minutes in the room so we could not stay. We ended up leaving and still had to pay. The room was out dated.

Staff unreachable, incorrect and smelly room.

We booked a 1-queen bed room and were given a 2-double bed room. No hotel personnel onsite at any point throughout stay. Front desk was closed and entirely unreachable via phone or booking.com messages for the whole time. Limited instructions were given which stated incorrect office hours for front desk (as it was closed 24/7), and no wifi password. Booked a non-smoking room, yet the whole room reeked of cigarettes, with burn marks on the sheets and comforter.

Not unhappy - again, very quiet, great shower, warm heat/air worked great - staff very responsive

Upon checking into the room - a very minor issue - but it was taken care of within minutes. Front desk person was very quick and efficient. Location was good. Very quiet - awesome shower!

Housekeeping - bed was made incorrectly and one of the sheets was stained and had something on it - stains and dirt/hair on the floor. Totally a housekeeping issue.

I was a guest at your hotel last evening and I am writing to request a much deserved refund as your advertised room was clearly not as presented. I am allergic to cigarette smoke and the room was absolutely permeated with the smell of years of smoke. I would have requested a room change but the office was closed and there was no one managing the premises at all. This was the first broken promise of "non smoking" accomodations. Secondly you advertise a "complimentary continental breakfast". There was no such breakfast provided and therefore another breech of the contract. This falsely advertised feature was considered in my decision to choose your hotel and was completely dishonest. Finally the presence of unsavory permanent residents in the other hotel rooms made myself and other female guest feel very unsafe. There was no chain lock on the door and as stated before not a single person working in the locked office. Are you running a hotel or long term rooming house? Please refund this room to avoid further steps.

Excellent location, rooms are very clean, Bus stop ys right at the hotel, friendly staff, nice pool, play grounds and picnic area with grills and fire place.

Mattress is a little uncomfortable and I didnt like the breakfast.

Pet owners go somewhere else. There are many options in area. This wasnt even good enough for my dog

Only plus was the location.

Dirty old spring beds from the 80s. Yellow in color. Dirty pool and room. Old bathroom just gross. Management would not refund me my money and could not reach booking.. got no rest..that place should be 60 dollars nightly at best and is definatly not a resort. False advertisment, it is not on the water.
