Advanced bookings should be hassle free upon check in

Yung mga guard po sa baba, they are all respectful po and nakakatuwa na pagbubuksan ka nila ng pinto

I remember it's take us 2hrs after the standard checking time. We came at 11am, of course we are aware of the check in time , and it's okay to wait, ang kaso by 4pm na ata kase nakapasok sa room, to think that we did advanced booking that time para nga, diretso na lang kami. Ang panget ng shifting ng mga staff, kase di man lang kami ininform na iipunin pala muna lahat ng taong mag checheck in before sila mag accommodate . Nakakaloka pa, may nag extend sa isang unit, and ung nag reserve ng unit na un, need pang iwait na mag check out ung nag extend before sila makapag check in, advanced booking na din yan sila ha.And ung room na pinag stay-an namin, natagas pa ung tubo sa sink, and take note, madumi ung sheets. Di na namin pinapalitan kase nga late check in na kami , and may pupuntahan na kaming concert and very late na din kami babalik. And the staff don't know how to prior the seniors.

Overall, it was comfortable and yes I would come back to this hotel.

Location was just along friendship, check in process was quick too. And the staff, esp the security guards in the building are very helpful and polite. The room was clean and tidy, bathroom was a bit old but they did try to keep it clean.

Paying around 2,000php ish should have included small amenities such as toothpaste/brush, slippers etc. water bottle inside the room etc just for convenience.

Location is just along the road. Outdoor parking.

Poor Tv signal, Poor Internet Connection and even mobile data no signal. Not good for work

There is no table to place luggage. and the drainage for shower is not working very well so the water may flood out.

Bad breakable side lights

Clean affordable

The room has glass covered side lights that easily broke and dangerous. I was charged 1,500 pesos. You can easily hit it because its beside the electric sockets. I will not go back.

Superb

The staff were very accomodating, friendly, and professional. The location was accessible to public places and transpo. There were nearby shops, restaurants, and hotels to choose from.😇 The bedroom was clean, spacious enough to move and cool aircondition.

Hopefully next time, the internet connection will be more stable in each floor. We were not able to connect and watch movies on the televsion because of poor connection.

value for money. despite the incident, i will still book at red planet angeles!

Location, cleanliness and accommodation to requests was great.

reception staff could have been more accommodating. we booked 20 rooms thru booking.com. upon our arrival, i paid the amount billed to me but it seems bill was only for 18 rooms and staff on duty would not give me keys to 2 rooms despite my reassurance that i was there to answer for whatever concerns needed to be resolved. our poor guests who travelled from baguio arrived at 9pm, had to wait for around 2 hours - 11pm for the keys cuz reception wouldn’t bulge. we had an early morning event the ff day so the guests plus us wasted 2 hours waiting instead of grabbing sleep. we all checked out at 5am so we just had 6 hours to sleep but i stayed awake cuz of my great frustration over a simple matter of wrong billing! paid for 18 rooms, booked 20 rms so i just needed to pay for the unbilled 2 rooms. haaaay 😌😵

Minimalist concept. Location was accessible and a lot of place to eat at. Outside delivery services are accepted and can be delivered to your room.

Lack of facility/ items, like bed room slippers, toiletries, etc. But you can purchase them in the reception area or bring your own.

Clean and well-run as usual

I'm a fan of Red Planet hotels, having stayed at multiple locations over the years. The rooms are always clean and the staff friendly and helpful. This location is no exception.

The only drawback is the noise from the busy roads nearby, making it a bit hard to sleep. This was expected and there's nothing management can do about it, except maybe give me a room on the opposite side of the building. I did request a quiet location, but they must not have had availability at my price point.
