Would stay again but only on the lower floors

This stay was on the 3rd floor and bring 64 with bad knees made it very difficult to get up

Rather disappointed there was no bath body lotion/shampoo/conditioner or soap provided!

Clean and within city area

Apartment was accessible to the convention center and mall. Room was clean, I was provided with a complimentary bottled water, dental kit and pair of room slippers, though blanket was a thin sheet of fabric. Fridge and stovetop were available for use as well. Guards were helpful and attentive. Much appreciated having my luggage carried by the guard up to my unit. (No elevator)

Unsatisfactory guest service by the lady receptionist (same one during my check-in and c/out), no eye contact at all, always glued to the computer; the only time she looked up was to get my payment.

the back areaof thre apt i heard a bar all night from 12 midnight. to 7 am

i did not like location i thoiught it wasin a quiet area when i saw it on the map

Clean room, very nice staff, great location.

"The gym" is not a gym, pictures are misleading. It's just a small room with broken and/or useless equipment.

Excellent hotel at a reasonable price

Location, facilities and staff. All made our stay really good. Location close to walking street was good and safe, no problems with late night getting back to the hotel, room had cooking facilities including two burner electric cook top and microwave, staff were welcoming and always helpful.

Value for money stay but dont expect too much

The room is spacious and has all the necessites needed to cook and reheat food. The bathroom is spacious and the shower has a heater.

Wifi is slow, the utensils are dirty, the bathroom mirror is foggy, the exhaust fan in the bath is not working, towel ring is unhinged.

I felt safe, and comfortable in the property and the amount I paid for is congruent to the quality of my overall stay experience.

Some hand towels got holes. Like they have been so used but it was okay. They were brought clean to our room.

Superb

I would've given 10 but on our 2nd day we asked for our room to be cleaned and I clearly heard one of the cleaners said "Magpapalinis pa ng room mag check out din naman bukas". I was by the door at that time.
