All in all our stay was amazing and is very interested with a hotel membership when it’s available.

I love how spacious the room was. The breakfast was lovely!

It would be nice to have activities/programs for kids.

Dress code too strcit for a casino hotel. Breakfast need to be in shoes?!!! Mygahd. This shld be a relaxing trip having breakfast comfortably but u had to impose such at upi dity!

Excellent Hotel to stay at Clark!

Rooms were very clean and nice. We ate breakfast at the 4th floor and there were not a lot of people and food was fresh. The staff were all nice and welcoming. Pool was also nice. I will definitely go back to this hotel.

They room service charged for a bucket of ice. but the front desk reversed the charges so thank you for that. the mall and some of the restaurants were still closed. Hoping to stay here again when all the facilities are open.

They should have specified that there are 2 buildings, meaning the deluxe and premium accommodations….pics shown on social media should indicate which one is which

Very accessible to the restaurants in clark, staff are really friendly and accommodating. They adress your concern so fast. The breakfast is superb! The free halo-halo is a plus. Room is quiet, clean and complete amenities.

Grosses Zimmer, sauber, sehr freundliches Personal, Ambiente, Frühstück mit grosser Auswahl

Nachdem das Zimmer gemacht wurde, stand das dreckige Geschirr vom Vorabend (Zimmerservice) bis zu unserer Abreise (mind. 24h) lang über Nacht vor unserer Türe...fand ich nicht so toll...

I would grade it a 4/5 stars. The newly built hotel bldg was really nice, but there are some cons.

Breakfast was superb! My boys loved it!

The smoke scent in the newly built lobby. The chaos in checking in. The pianist was great but the noise was above normal permissible level! Probably good to have a separate lobby check-in for NON Casino players.

Very Good and Cozy Hotel especially the new building , enjoyed riding the golf cart.

The staff are very good especially Front Desk Ms.Gee for helping us and show us around the hotel, and The Golf Cart Drivers are so friendly and very helpful in assisting us going to the new building especially Mr. Mack, keep up the good Work ( Ms Gee and Mr. Mack) .. The Food was so tasty too..all the variety of food during breakfast buffet are all delicious and yummy… we were all impressed… excellent chefs/ cooks..

There are some small/ mini brown cockroaches roaming around the washroom… but everything else is perfect.

None at all. In general, we did not like our stay.

I requested for 5 rooms, total of 12 pax. My husband & I stayed in one room. My 3 children stayed in another room. The rest of our family in different rooms. I learned that our driver requested for a new towel but it was not given & they did not clean & fix the 2 rooms. I asked for an extra blanket, they charged me. We were dismayed also that there is a charge for every single bottle of wine if we bring it in our room. This is the only hotel that giving charges. In general, WE'RE NOT HAPPY

Breakfast was OK for a business/conference hotel Staff were great

NO facilities, yes there was a "fitness center" that is a converted hotel room, it was spartan at best for the size of this hotel. There's supposedly a pool at the new building but not yet open. No business center

Parking is hell. Hotel guests have to compete with casino players for parking. Hotel guests should have a dedicated parking area. Also the Security Guards were very rude!

Superb

The staff are friendly and accommodated my request for room upgrade. Rooms are clean and all equipment are functioning. Food served at breakfast are good.

There should have been sofa/chairs in the lobby for people such as elderly to sit while waiting to get checked in or out.
