Happy esp the staff services

staff was friendly n obliging.

except for the breakfast as no buffet but ala carte...only given one choice although the corned beef was nice. another thing, the shower n water pressure was a bit weak. must have more better channels to watch.

This is definitely my go to hotel. I'll come back.

staff are 100% friendly and accommodating. This is definitely my go to hotel.

The breakfast - it's hard to request for condiment. It should be ready though. The Toilet - it clogged and the water is a bit smelly.

Being my first time i was amazed. Definitely we will be back.

Breakfast was good. The location is acceptable. The staff were very responsive and friendly.

Reasonable Hotel Price!

The room is perfect for 7 pax which is a deluxe double room. Especially the aircon is so cold🥶. We like it. The wifi is very good all of us have a good internet connection.

The surrounding is magulo because of the vendor and bar.

Our stay was comfortable, food was good and all the staff are ready to assist right away, friendly and accommodating. th

The property is so clean and all the staff are accommodating and comes right away if we need any help. They are all amazing

just needs a little updating on the lock doors.

the location of the hotel and cleanliness of the room is good

the front door in our room was not closing properly, we are struggling everytime where going to go out.

Perfect Timing! No other peeps in rooftop pool.

The rooftop pool! We were the only ones swimming at the time of our stay.

Our room was on the area where we can not see SM Clark, only window view was another hotel and the roofs of the elementary school. But not a big issue.

Malinis, friendly yong staff and guards, very relaxing. For family and couples.

Food, slow service, and no consideration even it’s christmas day for what you asked to them, they answered so quick when you request without trying it thinking and they will say No.

You get what you pay for.

The staff was very accommodating and quick to action when asked for assistance. The room was clean and check in and check out was easy. Hotel was 10 minute car ride from sm clark. Surrounding area was full of bars, not great for family trips but okay if you're group of friends.

Booking was with breakfast included, but it didn't say when we were booking that it's only 2 per room. 1 room was for 4 pax so we had to get 2 breakfast with supplement charges. I guess that's booking.com's fault for not providing that detail. The breakfast provided was a bit limited but tasted okay.

had to be move 3 times cause the rooms had problem. plus when the van I paid 4k pesos for it on the way back to the airport they charge me 4500k pesos n they never informed me of the change

Booking was for ₱2334 When I checked in price had gone up to ₱2850 They said was tax. I don't believe that. They said I could cancel if I paid ₱2650. What a rip off

We like everything here!. Rooms (interior and cleanliness) are great. Worth what you pay for. The staffs are very kind and approachable. We'll definitely go back here. Super thumbs up 👍specially for us who came from Manila, went here staight from work 😄.

Too noisy. The dog from another room keeps on barking (maybe even the dog couldn't sleep due to noise from outside 😊) plus the music from outside bar is too loud until almost 5 in the morning. The room is not sound proof or it's just too loud. If you are looking for a hotel just to sleep this might not be a hotel for you or maybe ask in advance if there's a room that's quiet. Hotel receptionists and guards are accommodating and friendly. The bedsheets and towels seems old already. Room is clean, no shower gel, no slippers and no duvet blanket but bed is ok.

Good value for money in the heart of Angeles.

The location, clean and modern look of the rooms. The aircon was fast cooling. Staff were friendly and accommodating It was value for money.

There were no available slippers. The water heater was not working initially.

The receptionist was nice but that's it.

Nobody helped us bring our luggage up our room. We had to push the luggage trolley by ourselves. The aircon was leaking and my bag got really wet because the aircon is placed above it. The blow dryer wasn't working The air-condition's remote wasn't working so we were freezing the whole night. Limited parking space.
