Perfekte Lage, toller Blick auf die Stadt und die Berge aus unserem geräumigen Zimmer in der 22. Etage, guter Giftshop, in dem es auch Getränke (alkoholfrei) und Snacks gibt, sehr freundliches Personal, Late Check Out möglich

Kein Restaurant, keine Bar im Haus, allerdings viele Restaurants und Pubs wenige Schritte entfernt, 49th State Brewery nur kurz die Straße runter, dort gibt es Bier auch außer Haus

Good location but leaves a lot to be desired for the price.

Great location down town. Restaurant and cafe in the bottom of the restaurant. Has a great work out facility and the pool was nice.

I checked in at my scheduled time of 2300 and was told the room I booked a king wasn’t available. Considering I had scheduled ahead and it was well past checkout time it seems they have away my room to another customer. Also normal volume noise in the hallways was very loud in the room even with the television and a sound machine on.

No free parking. Could easily get permission from the east park across the road so the hotel guests get a subsidized parking rate The sound of the loud trains all through the night was very disturbing

Would never come back here again. Expensive and there was fees for everything.

I like the location and comfortable room.

It was long travel day from Fairbank to Anchorage, would love to park the car and rest. Yet, have to find out on our own to park the car because there was No parking available at the hotel. Parking ($20) for overnight parking across the street. The counter employee lack of knowledge of the surrounding areas even the facility itself. So disappointed with the hotel.

I will not stay here Again horrible Hotel for Price so many better places in Anchorage

I think only the Location

For this to be a Hilton it was horrible. The lobby is nice and that's it. THE rooms are very tiny ,3 of us were crowded and bathrooms are small you can barely move around in them. Very outdated, our carpet was sticky ,no fridge, no microwave, Amenities are minimal, the Pool is tiny .There was no bar or restaurant on sight that offers good dining. There is a coffe bar down in lobby but I ordered a Breve and the gal asked me what is That ??

parking was across the street. They had room darkening curtains. Hotel staff brought us a box fan.

Staff called me at 10 pm to see if I needed anything before checking out the next day. Woke us all, as our flight was leaving at 6 am. No air circulation in the room, fan on air conditioner does not work. Very light lighting in the room. No coffee pods in room other than the used one still in the coffee maker.

Furniture and decor was nice. The bed and pillows were very comfortable.

in room 1265, bathroom had a sticky substance on the floor in several spots under the sink, the door had a big ugly chip on the bottom; it needs painting. The bathroom had dirt and hair in the corners, shower floor needs scrubbing, it looks dingy and dirty and lastly the shower glass doors had noticeable water spots all over it. There was a tissue in the lobby by the elevator upon leaving for dinner, when I came back 2.5 hours later and it was still there.

Waste of money

The pool and fitness room were amazing!

Way too much money for such a small room that was suppose to be a deluxe. The first room my three kids and I and all our stuff were booked into had people in it, so after bringing all our stuff back to lobby from the 15th floor we were given another room with a busted window instead, on the 10th floor. There was no bathtub, no fridge, no microwave. I never give bad reviews, ever, but I'd hate for anyone else to spend over $300 on a one night stay here. Breakfast was super expensive too. They offered the same stuff that comes with a free continental breakfast. Oh and don't even get me started on the parking situation...

Very convenient and it was perfect walking distance to a great Restaurant. The stuff was very friendly and very helpful . I will recommend Hilton to friends and other Family members anytime. I am looking forward in staying at the Hilton in the future. Thank you!

Superb

Clean and spacious rooms. The staff were so kind. We thought the wait staff we had at dinner was very poor but it was just the female working out table everyone else was great. We would definitely stay with Hilton again when staying in Anchorage.

The female waiter we had was terrible at dinner.

Save your money!

I liked the idea of staying in a Hilton. I liked the location & it's convenience to the downtown shops.

No fitted sheets, only flat? Tub drain was clogged, no fridge or microwave, no bathroom ventilation, mold in tile grout, toe nails on/in the carpet, no hooks to hang your purse or personal items upon entry, lack of usb ports (had to go buy wall ports), still uses cable tv w/ no option for netflix or hulu, parking down the street through homeless individuals, front desk input my card expiration date wrong so i had to call my bank in kc to find out why therefore making me late for my flight, I'm sure I'll think of more later. Such high expectations & was completely disappointed. Lesson learned.
