Hopeful for a better stay next time once the renovation is complete.

Location and food

It’s going through renovation so the amenities are closed. The check in is temporarily around the back and the kiosk is temporarily in a crowded hallway. The room was cold and the thermostat had an error code. The restaurant still served great food but it was in a different location

Not worth the money. Will not stay at this particular Hilton again.

Due to the staff, I would never go back

We didn't do breakfast. The property was far enough from the airport that we weren't bothered by airport noises.

The staff was surly and officious. The shuttle didn't run when we needed it. The night before, we were told that it did.

The young lady at the front desk “Elvira” was great but anyone other than her was not good.

The breakfast included was misleading, we got a coupon worth $10 towards purchase of breakfast. We had 16 people 7 were children that ate pan cakes and even with 16 coupons we still owed addition charges. Very misleading. The man running the kitchen area was rude and a jerk… why would you have him interact with the public??????

Location was not up to standard on being clean in the rooms, disappointing to see.

Renovate & maybe try again?

I liked it had shuttle service to & from the airport. Most of the staff was nice.

There was 3 of Us & only got 2 meal coupons a day. The main floor lobby was good, after getting off the elevator, it smelled & the room wasn't any better. We registered for 2 nights & stayed for 1. With the name (Hilton) Garden Inn I expected a whole lot better. Once it gets renovated then maybe I would stay again?? Also advertised a pool & was getting worked on, would've to go to another hotel to go to the pool.

There was a water leak in the bathroom in the middle of the night. I didn’t even get a discount on my room for having to move in the middle of the night.

Not cleaning up the room every two days is nasty the rug was really dirty the bathroom was okay didn't even get enough towels didn't even have a clean room every two days would be recommended because who would want to have a dirty room with a baby so gross didn't even provide room service or even free breakfast for staying 7 nights.

the room was not ready upon check in, I did not get a wake call and the gal at fro t desk chatting away with a coworker

it was clean and good location

the morning staff did not give me my wake up call, answer the phone at front desk or tell me breakfast was not available till After 6 am. the front desk gal was indifferent, cold and unresponsive to my questions.

shower curtain was filthy and stinky up the entire room. the rug needs to be cleaned and there was something on the ceiling. it was gross but I was stuck with it.

I’ll stay there again because of the whirlpool tub.

I loved the whirlpool bath in the room, and the beds were incredible.

A couple of the staff members who I talked to on the phone were very rude. Poor customer service.

The free shuttle was an excellent convenience. The rooms were clean.

The pool was ice cold, couldn't even enjoy a dip in it. Even though the rooms came with free breakfast, it was like pulling teeth to get the free breakfast.

Front desk gave me a key and told me my son stopped by and picked up an extra key. Weird why she did

Food ok but could have more than what was offered. No syrup for hot french toast.

Think Being locked out of room for 2 days. The mgr there must be crazy not to at least call your customer if he or she thinks my credit card was denied for 50.00. Still don't know what that was all about. Hot tub closed and pool green from what looked to be algae. Pi__ poor management.
