Nice place near beach with some shortcomings

There was a full size fridge, including a freezer, a stove, sink and microwave. Room size was very good, and it was clean.

Quality of breakfast, absence of healthy options. Coffee was poor. Elevator smelled bad, very musty; bathroom was extremely tiny and of poor design. Could hardly turn around in it. No dishes or utensils, despite a full kitchen.

Worse stay I have ever had.

The guests are drunk and loud and disruptive until 3 am. Management does not deal with drunk unruly guests. Can’t get a good night sleep here! Worse stay I have ever had. Do not stay here!

Everything! The “restaurant” is a joke with several day old bagels and terrible coffee with powder cream.

Older hotel in a great location that needs a little updating!

Property was in a good location. It was directly across the street from the ocean and near Lauderdale by the Sea. Room was clean but not modern just fine to stay in. Loved that we had a fridge and microwave in room.

Parking was a little bit of a challenge. And their so called’restaurant’ is only open in the morning.(I didn’t see anyone getting food from there).

You get what you pay for!

It’s across the street from the public beach access point but it’s a very short walk. The hotel itself looks rough from the outside because of the overgrown trees but it’s actually not too bad. The beds aren’t really ideal in terms of comfort but it’s worth it for the price. The pool was okay also. There’s a decent outside area to sit in. All in all, for the price - would stay again.

The upstairs air conditioners leaked onto the ground of the walkway making it VERY slippery. A ton of ants due to the overgrowth of trees, tiny bathrooms.

Staff was great. Great access to beaches and entertainment as well as restaurants and shops.

Stay before cruise

Had late check in due to late flight. Staff ready for us. Room neat. Needed more towels. Brought up immediately. Restaurant staff very friendly. Cooked meal to order. Coffee very good.

Floor wasn't completely clean. A little sandy. Continental breakfast meager and cold.

I'd stay again.

Private entrance was nice, hotel tiki bar was fun to socialize,

Parking is tight, restaurant doesn't seem to have regular hours, bathrooms are very small, I was expecting a little more for the price, and I haven't received my incidentals fee back yet, it's been 10 days.

The only good thing about this place was the location. It was within walking distance to the beach and the little town area was nice with restaurants and shops.

The breakfast at the hotel was horrible. It was literally a soggy bagel and a few cookies and the coffee made everyone sick! We hung out at the bar the first night and noticed James the bartender was shady and seemed to be charging different from drink to drink and seemed to be putting money in his tip jar that should’ve gone into the register. There weren’t really any employees around and the lobby was just a walk up window. I liked the location but I won’t be returning to this hotel!

It served our purpose - a place to sleep

Arrived 6:15pm on Christmas Day, standing outside in the rain for 15-20 mins with no one in the office or answering the phone.

Pleasant

The room was a good size and clean. Plenty of hot water and decent towels. The location was good for getting into Lauderdale by the Sea but could be quite noisy as on the busy main road.

The breakfast was very poor. Only given a plain bagel with butter, a very small muffin and a mini packet of2 small biscuits. This was already prepackaged on a paper plate. Juice, tea and coffee was available. Didn’t both with it the second day. A choice of cream cheese or preserves would have been good as we don’t eat butter and didn’t fancy a dry bagel.
