Worst experience, worst service, no help, money stolen and no answer from the hotel.

We made a reservation and arrived at 1:30 in the morning. The girl said she had not our reservation and no room available so she just threw out of the hotel in the middle of the night without any help. Even if the girl said she didn’t had our reservation and no room for us (we didn’t sleep there), she charged us the night. How can she charge us if she don’t have any reservation at our name??? Almost 3 months later Kinzie is still not responding to the messages and we didn’t get any refund yet.

Todo, tenia muchos detalles. El personal siempre dispuesto a ayudar dando soluciones a todo. Habitacion amplia, cama, y baño. Muh limpio, desayuno, happh hour. Excepcional

Por ponerle un pero, la zona de desayuno es pequeña para albergar a todo el hotel. Y se hace incomodo el poder coger el desayuno o encontrar sitio

Great location

While my reservation through booking.com was for a double room including breakfast (at a higher rate than just a double room), I was surprised to learn at check in that I would have to pay an "activity fee" which would include a "complimentary" breakfast and happy hour. Your listings should include the activity fee will be collected at check in and there should NOT be a separate listing for the room plus continental breakfast if it is also part of the activity fee. I ended up paying twice - not worth it!

Comfortable and all rounder hotel in a fantastic location for exploring Chicago

The hotel accommodated all our requests, the staff were friendly and helpful and the gym was well equipped for a hotel gym. Good that your get breakfast and evening drinks included

Breakfast whilst extensive for a continental should be topped up a bit more especially towards the end. Room should have a kettle for tea (!). Breakfast and drinks area was very tired looking. Whole hotel lacked windows and natural light

I need another staycation immediately

The hotel is in the best location of anywhere I stayed downtown. I can walk to the mag mile and state street/ millennium park so easily! The rooms are so nice and the staff is absolutely amazing. Also they gave me free wine. 10 out of 10

The odd extra “couch” in our room took up space and looked out of place. Also, thermostat only went down to 65* and it was so warm in there due to the warmer outdoor temp.

The stay was comfortable, with a convenient location.

The location was very convenient to the theater and restaurants. The staff was friendly.

The lobby was nonexistent. There was just one person checking in at 4:00 in the afternoon. The complimentary breakfast was very disappointing.

We like the proximity to walk to places

When we checked in we asked if we had a nice room, and the response was, "It's a great room". We had views of old mechanical equipment from both sides. We had to keep our blinds closed. We paid a hefty night's price for the room we were given, disappointing.

Exceptional

Staff went above me beyond to help out with anything and everything we had going on. They would spark conversation when it wasn’t needed. They also recommended places to eat, visit, sight see and anything else since our plans were changed last minute due to a concert getting postponed/canceled.

we reserved two Queens 2 month in advance only to find they had no rooms. thee were 3 of us and had to do a king and a very uncomfortable sofa bed
