Great!! We got to watch the fireworks from our balcony. I loved it.

Clean and pleasant.

There was no transportation to Disneyland.

We like it and enjoyed it.

It’s clean and staff and nice and nice location.

The only thing we didn’t like is that the drainage in the bathroom shower took to long to go down coz we’re in the 3rd floor so maybe it’s slow to drain the water.

Our room was next to elevator and hears many people coming and going. Loud and obnoxious

A wonderful experience.

I liked how everything was nice and organized when I arrived. The pool was clean and good. Everything was just very nice and neatly done.

Had a great stay here. We would stay here again.

The rooms are recently remodeled and very nice. The room was clean and fresh. Pool looked to be well maintained but we didn't use it. The breakfast was good. Cereal, waffles, biscuits and gravy, fruit, yogurt, toast juice etc. Lots of available seating and it's kept stocked and clean. Room service was excellent. Front staff was very nice. Facility is clean and well maintained.

We were going to Disneyland and the front desk was not very helpful or knowledgeable on how to use public transit or how much the average cost for ride share was. Considering the hotel is only about 1 mile from the park I was disappointed with their lack of knowledge. Additionally the soda machine charges 4 dollars for soda. I expect to pay outrageous prices at Disney but this is just price gouging because they can. There aren't really good food choices in walking distance so plan your meals accordingly. The neighborhood felt a little sketchy at night. I don't recommend walking around after dark although we didn't have any issues the one night we did.

Exceptional

I liked being able to check in early and come back later for my key. I travel from out of town and usually arrive way before the 3PM check in time. Thanks for allowing me to check in early.

My key card did not work initially and I had to go back down to the front desk to have it done again.

I am happy with the services and location was great.

It was very close to Disneyland and staffs were super helpful and friendly!

It wasn’t like suites as I expected to be , it’s ki d of like motel but not bad.

Quality inn should honor the check-out time.

Clean place.

Check-out was at eleven AM. But cleaning service people knocked and opened my door at 9:00am while i was in the bathroom. Not nice trying to kick your customers out before check-out time !

We had a wonderful time and can’t wait to go back!

Everything was amazing. The front desk girls were always so nice and welcoming. We will definitely be back on our next vacation.

It was okay but I feel like I’m going to spend more a different place next time.

I liked the breakfast for my kids.

The hotel is advertised as “main gate ". It is much further than the main gate. The pool is small. The air conditioning kept the room at a hi degree of humidity which was uncomfortable. Air conditioning is supposed to take the humidity out of the air.

Will be back !

The room was nice , clean , attention to detail in towels and bedding . The breakfast was good self serve , good variety , attentive staff . Beds comfy , A/C worked great

The blind was filthy in our room and a few flying ( fleas?) bugs

room and beds were amazing! super comfy! staff was also super nice and welcoming! we really enjoyed our stay!

the walk to disney was a bit far so we ended up just driving and paying the parking at the parks. also parking was a little bit of a hassle at night. not a lot of space.

Suitable for our needs but put ice machine where it doesn’t impinge on guests !!

Disney and restaurants within east walking distance ! could see fireworks from walkway !

Having room with ice machine right outside your door ! Why do Americans seem to need ice at 2am ( don’t answer that ) Avoid room 208 if you want a good nights sleep!!

Exceptional

The rooms were absolutely clean and comfy.I was impressed on how the sofa bed was also comfy! The perfect stay for a family on a Disneyland trip. Take advantage of their delicious free breakfast and the a-way-we go app to get your transportation to Disneyland.

Not a good one and will not return.

Was not really pleased at all with this hotel.

This hotel was dirty. The floors were black - made my socks black on the bottom. The windows all dirty all of them. The bathroom dirty and had black hair in tub. My hair is not black. The microwave did not work and we told them to replace it. They did not do it. The towels were so thin you could see through them. The breakfast was fair, but no eggs one day and very little fruit choice. Not a full breakfast. Staff not very helpful.
