Liked our room, reservations and HH wine when we arrived What a nice upbeat hotel.

Easy to get to. From airport took Uber to hotel. We took the free trolly to our pier to depart for our cruise. Very nice walk around the bay area.

Bel hôtel plutôt bien situé, confortable. Location vélo inclus dans le prix de la chambre.

Mauvais rapport qualité prix !! Pas de cuisine dans l’hôtel donc pas de room service, petit déjeuner pauvre et décevant. Piscine fermée le week-end car c’est en fait une piscine municipale, pas du tout intimiste donc.

We go to the Harbor Court every year. It’s a fabulous stay!

Location. Friendly Staff. View of the bay. Large, comfy bed. Cleanliness.

Everything was great! Will be back :)

The staff was very polite, room was clean and the location is amazing. The breakfast included some options of cupcakes, cross saint, fruit, coffee and juice. The wine hour was better than I thought!

I had a problem with the first room, but they offered another room a little bit better. The problem was with the extra charge for a City View and all I got in the first room was a roof top (photo 1 and 2). When they changed the room at least I could see the city (photo 3). My advice: don’t waste your money paying more for a City Room View. If you want something to see, pay extra for a Sea View instead or just a regular room.

Great

The room was beautiful! Very pretty and had a luxurious feel. We really loved the location and the view on the Bay Bridge. Also the hotel staff was remarkably friendly.

The breakfast definitely could have been way better. For the price we paid for the room, breakfast was very limited. Never experienced something like this for this price.

Lovely stay for an overnight in the city.

Great location. Clean and quiet room. Easy check in and check out. Continental breakfast included fruit and decaf coffee.

The free wifi was a bit spotty - sometimes my phone was connected and then sometimes not when I was in my room in the same location.

That's the information it isn't as clear as it should be that there's no pool in gym in the same facility and that's open 24/7 Also had a problem unfortunately they thought my room was open so they gave keys and booked it to somebody else and they walked into my room around 11 pm something at night when I was already laying down with my family I just wish I could have been accommodated Or at the least asked if I can be helped with anything other than those issues hotel is great

Nice front desk good security and atmosphere but little pricey

Best location for SFO marathon! With nice mini breakfast and special service for marathon day.

Nice but small rooms. Only good for minimal luggage & no vehicle. Not conducive for family.

The rooms were nice and very clean and the nautical theme was really cute. There were lots of places to charge our devices and hair tools which was important since I was getting ready for my wedding the next morning.

I did not like that I paid for what I was told was the penthouse and the best room in the entire hotel with a wonderful view, however we had only a view of the roof/AC and other hotel room. The room was nice but not what I was expecting. Also the rooms are very very small. Also we were not offered any amenities and had a friend deliver us water at midnight only to find out there was free water bottles at the front desk. The site says parking available, but only valet parking is available for $65 a night. Quite misleading. The checking in & luggage situation etc is really difficult due to the no parking situation. I will likely not stay here again.

Great hotel for city break

Very welcoming friendly staff, recently revamped shared areas and room. Lovely touch to have complimentary continental breakfast and also happy hour! Really good, safe location - with good restaurants nearby. Very comfortable rooms, and a fabulous view of the bay!

Breakfast ! Is in the lobby ! With A few little white Bread buns. That is it. It is A joke. Coffee and the in the lobby. No breakfast accommodation in this hotel. Just the lobby. Standing eating buns. Coffee and tea. Also the rooms are so small. Do not take A big suitcase with you. For

Okay, but there are better hotels in the region

Great location with the Firshermenswarf pretty close and friendly staff

No breakfast. They make a big accouncement on their website about continental breakfast but that is a bit to much marketing. They have sandwitches, and juices in a box. Ones these are eating up then you are out of luck. We complained with the management and we got our full breakfast back!. Small but good room, but with hard beds with become unconfomrable at the time

Very good

The location, close to Embarcadero, is very good. Everything was spotless, the staff was very friendly and helpful. As European, I am not used to noisy airco, so when I asked to change room, the front desk swiftly got me a different room. I would recommend this hotel. The lobby has a lovely fireplace, and lots of plugs for phones and laptops.
