Not great.

The location and parking.

The price, the staff. The 6am lorry every morning that woke me up. The rooms weren’t clean. Laminate floor, hear every noise. Wasn’t a comfortable stay.

Very enjoyable …would definitely stay again.

Room well appointed and bathroom very nice. Like the decor… very clean.

The bedroom is a little dark due to its layout.

It was relaxing and the staff were very friendly.

We liked the beds, the closeness to a bus stop, closeness to restaurants, and the staff. The cleaning staff is amazing, and would put my daughter’s stuffed animals in fun positions. It made an already beautiful magical trip that more magical.

Comfortable

They got washing machine, staffs are friendly and helpful. Close to Disneyland, convenient to grocery and restaurants. Room is big and clean.

Great hotel for Disney.

Easy check in after a long flight. Staff happy to answer any questions. You can get breakfast at the hotel or there is a Starbucks across the road. Safe easy walk to Disney. If you turn left out of the hotel there is a shopping area with restaurants. Free parking is great. We had to change part of our holiday and enjoyed this hotel stay so much we came back!

Close to Disneyland. Room was clean. Staff was friendly.

Not enough parking. Elevator stayed on the basement level for 20 minutes around 11 am. I was on the 4th floor and had luggage. Shower nozzle was tricky to use.

A magical stay!

The location to Disneyland was a simple 15 min walk, the free parking was great, the staff was super friendly and accomodating-especially Erica! Overall our stay was better than expected and would stay their again-they don’t have free breakfast, but they do offer some breakfast items that aren’t terribly priced

Nothing that we didn’t like, but offering some Form of continental breakfast would be a bonus!

july 4th getaway

the location & the breakfast. since i paid for breakfast included with the stay i got vouchers for their small restaurant. There were a lot of choices & the food was good. it was a 15 minute walk to Disneyland & really near to Anaheim Garden Walk. there was a Keurig instead of the coffee maker. the full size hand wash, lotion, body wash, shampoo & conditioner & also the handheld shower. HBO & Cinemax movie channels. i also like the wood floors. free parking!

no microwave in the room. on the right side of the bed frame there's an electric plug where i can charge my cellphone but it wasn't working. i wish that the waiters in the restaurant will not suggest or recommend to tip because no matter what i would tip anyways. no bar at night. you can order drinks in the morning but once the breakfast place is close that's it.

The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. I also liked how clean they kept the property.

The restaurant and bar were not open past 11.

Everything was great except for the breakfast not included and microwave other than that I would had rate the hotel a 10

unorganized facility with fee headache

very close to disneyland

We arrived a little after check in time went live. Our room was not ready yet. Our guest advisor was struggling to find us a room. When they finally did, they placed us on the first floor. It was near the pool and gym which was fine, until we discovered how noisy that area is. -they had charged us the 100 dollar deposit fee on top of our grand total. They had told us the hundred dollar deposit charge would go away in a few days. It is now May 17 and we are still disputing the 100 dollar charge that they wont credit back. We did nothing to the hotel room for them to keep the deposit. For organizational and transactional reasons, I would not stay here again.

Exceptional

The front desk supervisor Erica went way out of her way to make us extremely comfortable. Pool and Hot Tub were great to relax in. Rooms were very spacious, beds are very comfortable and the walk in shower is very nice for those who do not want to climb in a tub. Location proximity to Disneyland and city bus service are nearby. All staff was very nice and courteous always with a hello and a smile

eh- I'll look elsewhere next time.

The breakfast was only complimentary for 2 people. We we are family of 4. Lacking in pizazz. The Indigo in WACO TX was what I was expecting and this was a C- compared to an A in Waco. It appears to us that this hotel was another name and it was like putting lipstick on a pig. It is still a pig. and Indigo is trying to pretend that it is when it isnt. A lot more effort needs to be put in to make this worthy. Re-model better and nicer!

In general it was a good experience, we didn't spend much time at the property.

Exceptional

I liked the short distance to shopping and eating locations. I loved the gated parking lot.

The tissues in the restroom where previously wet with the mouth wash and when i reached for one they where stained in blue.
