Overall what you would expect from a budget hotel. It was dated but clean.

LOCATION IS EXCELLENT, VERY CLOSE TO DISNEYLAND PARKS, BUT PLACE NEED A GOOD CLEAN UP , CARPET WAS VERY DIRTY, ROOM NEED GOOD UPGRADE,SHOWER NOT GOOD HOT WATER, IF YOU STAY ON FIRST FLOOR , YOU CAN HEAR EVERYTHING FROM UPSTAIRS, SPECIALLY WHEN THEY WALK, MICROWAVE NOT WORKING PROPERLY.

Disappointing

The location was close to Disney.

The room was incredibly hot. It wasn’t cleaned as it should be. The maid moved things and turned off the air conditioner. Overall, I do not understand how the hotel received the rating it did.

Not a clean place anymore! There are other options in the area, spend your money elsewhere.

They let me park my car on the property before check-in and I was able to Uber to the park until my room was ready.

Really disappointed. I’ve stayed here a few times before, but this will be my last. The room did not seem clean to me and I was right. There was a roach crawling inside the shower! I’ve never had that happen the times I’ve stayed here in the past!! The front door had a sticker from someone’s new clothing that stood there before us that was just stuck to the door and house keeping did not bother to remove. The microwave looked dirty with some kind of liquid stains on it. They aren’t even buying trash bags for the garbage bin in the room. They’re literally using a previous guests Disney parks shopping bag. Which tells me they are cutting corners on cleaning supplies. Also, the only ice machine on the property didn’t work. We really needed it on the hot day that it was. I understand the name is Budget Inn but again, I’ve stayed here before and I can confirm the quality has gone down. Won’t be staying here again.

Housekeeping comes into the room when you are not there. The male who checked us out was not apologetic and made excuses saying it was because there were repairs reported. But we never reported any, we had the do not disturb sign on the door, and when we checked in the previous night, they assured us that housekeeping would not be there the next day. Some things were moved around and it just made the rest of our time there extremely uncomfortable.

It's a very clean motel in a great location, short walk to Disneyland, and a great value.

Clean room. It's about 15 minutes from the John Wayne Airport. The room was very nice, clean put together and spacious. It was very easy to get to Disneyland from the hotel, just a short walk down the road and then you could either got o Downtown Disney or hop on the tram from the parking garage.

The soaps/shampoo in the room was very low quality, so we had to buy our own. The towels were clean, but there were random hairs that were not ours that ended up on them. Only we would notice that, and it's very hard to prevent, but it did happen.

Exceptional

I loved the location to Disneyland parking mickey parking garage - 15 minutes walk to the disneyland park- so I was told. We didnt walk but used the tram from the parking structure instead- Fridge and microwave in the room- and you can see the fireworks there at night from the parking lot! Great service, and gave us a wake up call when we asked!

I would like to have had a coffee maker- but the fridge was large enough that I was able to grab some cold brew and have them ready for the morning.

I love how close it was to Disneyland & downtown Disney, the freeway entrance was near too. it was perfect

I didn’t like the bed we got it was a bit to hard.

would come again and stay but would bring own bedding

how close it was to Disneyland. all you really need is a bed at the end of a day at Disney.

the sheets and blankets weren’t clean. clean sheets weren’t put on everyday and the very first day we got there there was peoples hair in between the bedding. I would stay again for sure but I would 100% bring my own things for bed
