A lovely relaxing time at this hotel.

We got an upgrade on our room and it was beautiful. Large comfortable bed, iron, coffee facilities, lovely bathroom, a safe and a large room. It was very comfortable. We ate breakfast in the hotel restaurant and the menu was very good and food was lovely. Hotel is right across the road from Macys with subway stations very close by.

Best first experience in New York

Located at the heart of mid town manhattan and on Broadway..its perfect spot for all main attractions and the shops. We were allowed to store all our luggage before and after checkin while we went around. Large rooms. 100% satisfied and would return to stay here everytime we visit New York

Very unsatisfying staying

Location! location! location

The property only looked good on front lobby and the restaurant. At check-in, they offered upgrade to Deluxe which was very unnoticeably bigger room with a refrigerator. We agreed to upgrade because we did not know what was the difference until we found out the deluxe room toilet bowl had small pieces of residue from prior guest or housekeeper so we called to viewing one of standard room to change the room only to find out water was dripping from bathroom ceiling the next day…. - offered upgrade which means only to have a refrigerator not with the bigger space as they told us. - their breakfast was not good - toilet bowl had the residue. - new room had water leaking from bathroom ceiling - only compensate us to waive travelers fee.

Overall, a fantastic experience!

The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the city. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast was superb. As for the room, it was comfortable, well-appointed, and provided a great night’s rest. Highly recommend!

Ah , it was decent and has to throw away my food cause I couldn’t warm it up to eat my leftovers .

I like the location and I like the decor and room was spacious and bathroom was clean and beautiful .

I did not like the pillow , I did not like that there is no microwave in the room , I did not like the security staff key card every single minute , that was annoying, especially if that security just key card us and coming back doing it again , would have been better entering a code to get key card all the time .

Great location in midtown near public transportation. Hotel has an excellent and large gym.

The rooms were quite small and could hear noise from the hallway and other rooms.

L'emplacement et le confort. Mais aussi la qualité des produits à l'Espresso Bar. La taille de la chambre très satisfaisante.

Petit bémol pour les employés de la réception pas très souriants. Cela ne m'empêchera en rien d'y retourner sans hésiter.

En general me gustó mucho, es un muy buen hotel con excelentes comodidades y buen servicio.

Me gustó la comodidad de la habitación y la limpieza, excelente.

La ubicación es buena si quieres estar cerca de estaciones de metros y tiendas comerciales, pero no es un ambiente tranquilo.

Great location. Bed bugs were a total disgusting turn off. Staff and food were mediocre at best.

The location was excellent.

There was a bed bug on my pillow on the final day before checking out. I advised the front desk who seemed unconcerned. I put in a review and was contacted by the hotel who said they were going to treat the room for bed bugs. They said they will follow up with me. If I end up with any in my home I will be very upset.

La ubicación y la limpieza

Se escuchaba bastante el ruido de la calle. Te OBLIGAN a pagar al entrar 40$ por día que, aunque está por contrato, no te lo explican bien ( es para gastar en el restaurante o en el bar). El ascensor tardaba mucho en llegar.

Convenient, but noisy.

We love the location, near korean restaurants, supermarkets, bread and dessert.. room is very clean and new.

The location also a downside because it is very crowded inthe intersection of busy streets. In the room you can hear all sirenes all night long. The check process is painful as the Staff very stern on not letting me check in but i guess they are following the booking.com rules.

Good stay and I would come again

Liked the location. design of the hotel, services were good and quick, room size and layout were good and king bed was more than comfortable ( for the upgraded room only. The Queen/double was poor)

I didn't like that after booking a Queen room (with very flattering pics on site) I got the smallest room, double bed, with small shower, noisy AC, on first rooms floor (floor 3), no view, noise and scaffoldings literally on my window, and someone walking near it. I asked to be upgraded @ HiltonHonors rate and they agreed, so it get better, but originally I would have been very unhappy with the choice.

Good location - nice clean towels and bed clothes. Beds were comfortable

Could have done with more pillows also would have been nice if the water was refreshed daily. Inclusive breakfast options weren’t that great.

Très bon hôtel bien situé proche de Broadway et à 2 pas de l'Empire State Building

Hotel très bien situé et bien équipé, chambre calme bien que donnant sur Herald square et une avenue très passante, et très confortable. Metro tout proche. Personnel sympathique. J'y retournerai.

Parties communes un peu froides mais on ne s'y attarde pas. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas un buffet mais à la carte et assez cher, mieux vaut prendre un café dans l'un des nombreux cafés aux alentours.

Het hotel is uitstekend gelegen vlakbij de metro en in de buurt van veel resto's en winkels. Het personeel is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam vooral de receptionisten en de voituriers. Er is een shop met heel wat lekkers en ook een bar/restaurant aan het hotel dit geeft als voordeel dat er op elk moment van de dag food is. Ik heb dit hotel voor de 2de x geboekt omdat ik me er thuis voel.

Peloton bike in the giant gym! In K-town (great location) on Herald Square. Very close to Macy's and Empire State Building, Walking distance to Madison Square Park. By NYC standards my room was huge! Charges facility fee but the in lobby coffee counter has morning pastries and pressed juices that off set that charge.

How was the room was comfortable but overall for a four star hotel I feel like it was barely a four

It was convenient there was no weight and that’s all. We really liked about it.

The food was subpar. It was just plain and the service was OK to pour. Coffee wasn’t hot and we didn’t want to go there again and we didn’t the little café. Serve us coffee and pastries but the breakfast sandwiches we bought were burnt and not fully heated up and we could’ve even eat them. We just threw them out so I wouldn’t recommend the food at your hotel to be honest.
