I will not going to go back to that hotel again

The location was good

The staff and customer service is horrible, non friendly at all.. we had the worst experience ever in that hotel from the moment we arrived… the receptionist was so rude and unhelpful … one of them was cursing too.. was really disappointed

Feel like there are better options around there, still okay for the money spent.

We liked how close it was to the park.

There was roaches in the room, the beads were uncomfortable, and the booking was deceitful. The “balcony” advertised is just the hall to get to the room.

Good for a night…

It’s proximity to the parks is amazing, and the rooms have an updated feel to them.

The parking lot is a little tight, you are also looking into a dirt lot which is also the only barrier to the busy road which is pretty noisy. We were on the first floor so there was constant noise coming from the room upstairs, and speaking of noise, we didn’t realize there was a bug zapper in the air conditioner, so throughout the night there was constant LOUD zapping sounds that woke us up. And to top it all off the toilet was broken, my kid almost fell over with the toilet on top of him if we didn’t catch it in time and then the same happened to me.

The ac unit took forever to cool the room down. There was slight smell in the room and bedding was not very clean. There was also ants in bathroom.

Beds were NOT comfortable. Tv didn't work the first night.we had construction in front of our rooms. I called for toilet paper twice and no one came to bring any.

Run down.

Location was decent.

We got no towels, AC unit had a bright blue light shining out of it constantly with no way to shut it off. Directly over the bed, shining right into your eyes. Not enough parking spaces for everyone.

An okay place to store my luggage and change my clothes.

Cleanliness was poor. Toilet seats were sticky. Debris was found in drawers and under bed. Refrigerator did not get cold enough to store perishables at a proper temperature. Door did not remain shut without an extra effort to shut it and actually woke up to find it wide open. Building and grounds are poorly maintained.

Its a nice simple, clean, quiet hotel to lay your head down after a long day at Disneyland. It’s comfortable has a/c ,t.v mini fridge and it’s right next to Disneyland about a 2-3 minute drive to parking lot and 15 minute walk.

Horrible stay, didn’t stay and had to switch hotels!

Bad staff and extremely dirty rooms! Had to change hotels due to smell in bathroom and spiders as wells as spiderwebs in the room. Bed were dirty and it seems they didn’t change sheets. Had stains on them

Dead insects in the bath tub when we arrived and a live cockroach on the floor (a dead one in the hallway too). Rooms are very outdated but you get what you pay for (not really but in comparison to other hotels in the area).

I was ok. but I won’t be recommending this place to any.

The staff was incredible and friendly.

I didn’t like the outdated rooms. They were also under construction which made it less pleasing. For the cost of the night I was expecting it to be nicer.

Horrible and un sanitary

it was close to Disneyland

the ceiling leaked the first night we were there. it burst open in the middle of the night on too of my fiancee and her luggage. the person in the office offered to move us to another room, that was on the 3rd floor and no elevator. they also proceeded to tell me that they were aware of the leak. why would they rent a room that has a known leak ?! they didn't even offer an apology! when we were checking out a few days later, I asked about a refund for at least the one night of the leak, and the person in the office said they couldn't help me and to email the manager. it's been over a week and k haven't heard back. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this sorry excuse of a place to stay for ANYONE looking to have a nice vacation with their family. Also, the towels and bathrooms weren't clean at all.

Flea bag! Never again!!!

30 min walking distance to Disneyland

Unclean, unmaintained, too few power outlets, bathroom ceiling leaked water all over, hard towels, zero amenities, unhelpful staff, narrow parking, no carpet. We chose not to even use the shower. There was NO LOBBY!

filthy, under construction, no amenities…..live wires falling all over in the rain walk way to upstairs slanted cracked and falling lower with the heavy rains, ceiling was leaking so badly and termites covering the property! Mattresses are thrown all over the property and homeless people are sleeping on them! there is no front office just a small room with a door open and a bell my husband slipped and fell and hurt himself and they said well there’s a sign. this whole thing was a joke and I think the Attorney Generals office should see and hear about this
