Lo bueno lo malo y lo feo

Cercanía con el centro de Convenciones Accesibilidad a restaurantes 50min caminando de Outlet Mall

Ruido del Aire acondicionado y ruido de otras habitaciones (superior en donde estaban en un fogueo internacional con un alto ritmo de juego, al menos el ruido del aire ayudó)

Overall, most affordable with basic necessities for night stay and walking distance to Disney parks.

The staff were super friendly and the location was great. It was walking distance to Disneyland!

Everything was good, my only complain was that the shower certain had mold.

you get what you paid for

I love the location. It's a very short walk to Disneyland and there is a walgreens and CVS a couple blocks away. I also like that there was a dorm fridge with a separate freezer and a microwave. I love the price.

very unclean. There were cockroaches all over the place. The bed only had a thin top sheet and duvet cover (which had a stain)...no blanket. Also, there is no closet. There was a small bar to hang some clothes on, however, there were only 4 hangers in a two bed room. The towels, if you can really call them towels, were more like rags. the shower head has super low water pressure. no hairdryer. the ice machine is sitting in the middle of the parking lot exposed to all the elements and is super unclean. there is no safe.

Great in most ways, beds were not.

Room was close to Disneyland, very easy walk. Room was spacious with microwave and fridge. Room was a good price.

The only downside was the bed. Unfortunately this is the most important part of a hotel room. It was very hard and uncomfortable. I’ve stayed here before and the bed was just as bad in that room too. Sad, cause I liked everything else. I’m pretty easygoing with beds and well, they were not good.

everything! they gave me a room that the door u can open with a knife. So I had to put a chair against the door. A lot of undesirables around cars watching you. Very uncomfortable atmosphere wouldn’t recommend

good value for the money however, they need to fix the website and state that they do not have continental breakfast and

clean and great location. However, the website stated free continental breakfast and coffee which they did not have that part was a really big let down.

Fine for the cost but not great.

the location was great!

Not very clean. beds were very uncomfortable. asking for extra towels was difficult and only available when housekeeping is there. but when housekeeping is there, we were at the park. the extra towels and pillows smelled.

Great place, great price.

The location was easy walking distance to Disney. We had good upstairs neighbors so not a ton of noise at night. For the cost vs other hotels, this was definitely a winner. It's a little outdated but we were there mostly just to sleep. Fairly clean and the TV worked. Plus the AC was on when we got there, so the place was cool. I would stay here again.

No frills, perfect for a Disney vacation.

The staff is very nice and accommodating. One of our group came in around noon - and they let her check in early, everyone is very helpful. The location is excellent for a Disney vacation!

Because I feel like I should put something...they could use tape when painting and instead of painting around wall fixtures, remove them.

When we walked in, we immediately saw cockroaches and what looked like bed bugs, so we ended up booking another hotel.

Decent motel if you're spending all your time out at the nearby convention center and theme parks. Nothing fancy or special but good for somewhere to sleep after a long day.

Floor was uneven and squeaky in a spot. The bathroom was very small and almost like a closet. Beds were squeaky and mattress would move around. Found a small roach in our room but luckily that was it.

Avoid staying here at all costs.

Cost effective motel near disneyland, good location (15 minute walk to the parks).

Very dingy room. Our bare feet quickly became black from how dirty the floors were. It was apparent they had not been cleaned. We went to the bathroom to wash our feet and found 3 cockroaches (1 on the wall, 1 on my towel, 1 on the floor). I found a bed bug on the bed cover as I was preparing to sleep. Our friends who were also guests at this hotel in a different room quickly cancelled their stay upon finding bugs in their room. The management was quick to deny the presence of any bugs because “the rooms had been sprayed” and refused to investigate or refund their stay. We chose the Riviera Motel having read the negative reviews but thought that we would take a chance since we were only staying for one night. We did not think the bug infestation and cleanliness issues would be so pervasive that they would affect our rooms too. We were totally wrong.

Location

Overall state of property and room. Door was not really secure. Cheap bedspread (stained) and a sheet. Shower that had a leak and soaked the floor and ceiling when turned on. No outlets by bed. Weird shape to bathroom. Felt not very safe and I was by myself

No breakfast, you get what you pay for, close to Disney.

Close to Disneyland. Easy check in and check out.

Listed in Google as having free breakfast, that’s why I chose this place. It turned out to be false. Also, they didn’t prep the run with AC before our arrival during a heatwave. Room was unbearably hot for hours.

The location was great and the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious.
