The staff was very nice and polite and new the area for quick directions

We did not eat breakfast but we saw it was very inviting

The floor hallway carpet had some time on it.

Surprising and not the level I expected from a Marriott

Hallways needed to be vacuumed. Pool under construction and not available. Drinks and food to expensive for what we got.

Location was good. Staff was friendly. Hallways stunk.

The beds were comfortable. Showers had power and the air worked good. Staff was friendly and gave us a treat bag.

There was puke in the elevator. Bad smells in the hallways.

Needs updating. Good location near colleges for parents visiting their kids

Hotel needs updating. Room has popcorn ceilings. Rugs in elevator were stained and dirty. Hall way carpet needs is old and grungy

Clean, comfortable and in a good location.

The staff was excellent! We were greeted well when checking in and all staff interactions were friendly. Our rooms looked exactly like the photos.

We were disappointed the spa was not operating, it was a selling point for choosing the property. The cafe/bar area was understaffed and the sweet woman working was in the weeds through no fault of her own. I do not think the staff was prepared for having many guests due to a baseball tournament.

Pretty decent. Had a lot of fun.

The location was really cool because there were lots of things around and a lot of the staff was very helpful. The room was very clean and had a nice exit to the outside. Really enjoyed whatever shampoo and conditioner was in the shower, because my hair has never felt that good before.

The overnight woman in the lobby looked like she was annoyed that people existed in the hotel. The we booked the room for four adults and there was a king bed and a pull out couch, however the pullout bed was the equivalent to a toddler bed. Someone also pulled the fire alarm which we heard through the grapevine was not for a fire. So that sucked. Not the hotels fault tho.

Disappointing but decent

Staff was super friendly and the room for one night was an excellent price.

The room wasn’t the cleanest. The curtains had some mold on the bottom. The lighting in the room was terrible. Breakfast is not buffet or anything like that. You get 5-6 options from a tiny Starbucks menu which you pay for. It wasn’t even that good.

Lovely room & hotel lobby area- not a lot to do plus missing some amenities (hot tub) for the price

The room was gorgeous. TV had flexibility and was able to watch from couch or bed. Lobby is impressive and offers free coffee and hot cocoa packets and tea packets which is helpful while waiting for check-in. Pool was a good temperature. Gym was in working order

Bathroom was surprisingly small, Hot tub was Empty (no water at all) but pool was warm enough to be very comfortable upon immediate immersion. No breakfast.

It was nice and the staff was nice, but the smell was very disappointing.

The outdoor fire pit, pool and exercise room were nice. The room was comfortable.

The entire floor on which I stayed along with the elevator smelled strongly of marijuana. The bathtub could have used a better cleaning with bleach as there was mildew around it.

The staff was nice. Very little communication between them though.

The pool area was very cold and there were never any towels. It snowed pretty hard and the staff didn't plow very well. The entrance is up hill and very difficult to enter or exit due to road condition.

Couldn’t have been better - thank you!

Staff was so friendly, upgraded us, gave us cookies and pizza, couldn’t have been more welcoming and accommodating!

Location was great for what we were doing (concert at Mohegan Sun) and would be even better for anyone going to the mountain. Cool how it’s up on a hill a bit too.

Perfect get-away

The balcony room with a view was beautiful! And the bed was so comfortable I almost didn’t want to get up! Location was perfect; restaurants and shopping center right around the corner.

Disappointing

The staff were all very friendly and helpful . The bed was very comfortable.

The conditions. The hotel is old and needs much renovation. The towels and toiletries could stand improvement. Hair dryer did not work. Windows opened which was great but needs screens. We had bugs. Certainly not 3 stars as rated.

Very Disappointing for Marriott Courtyard.

Location was excellent fir one night stay. Large room.

Room very dated and stark. Medium grey walls with no pictures or decor. Furniture old and banged up. Beds abysmally soft. Single sink was an elbow knocker and tight between two walls. Bathroom and commode room was inordinately large. Shower water started rusty red brown eventually clearing up. Marriott quality has really slipped.

Location and comfort

Balcony was filthy. Looked like it hadn’t been cleaned all year. Couldn’t even sit out there due to the amount of dirt on the chairs. And the mini fridge only holds about 6 cans. Could not even fit a to go box from restaurant.

Won't go back - hotel not well kept carpets filthy

Firepit Bed comfortable

Tried to get someone to wait on us for breakfast never happened. Carpets were filthy. Had to go down to the front desk 3 times before our key would unlock our room. Girl checking us out this morning more interested in the computer than helping us. Remote for TV didn't work

They gave me the wrong room and did nothing to fix the situation. Front desk staff was very rude and unhelpful and unprofessional.

Great Value

Very clean, modern room. Comfortable. Lobby area had great seating and ambiance. Fire pit out back was an added bonus!

My family and I weren't allowed to stay at the hotel even though we didn't cancel the reservation on purpose, the agents from Booking.com made a huge mistake. Horrible experience.

Personable staff, nice place to have a drink or a light breakfast.

Convenient to I-81, nice shopping close by as well a decent places to eat.

Very loud music could be heard in my room until midnight.

Breakfast was fair; service was good.

Clumps of loose hair on the bathroom floor. Not sure it was swept for awhile. Had to use a hair dryer to clear bathroom floor.
