We were not offered a breakfast.

Had to help grandmother off and on the toilet because it was no more than 15” tall Not Ada compliant

Travelled with 87 year old grandmother. Reserved room for disabled. Did not get that. Hotel desk people did not care.

nice hotel, pity they would not return the over charge, it was very disappointing, won't stay again!

Comfortable bed, breakfast was very good, location suited our needs

We got delayed via Aer-lingus from Ireland for over 6 hrs and then at Hertz rental car, we did not arrive at the hotel until 4am absolutely shattered. I explained this to the staff member on duty and all seemed fine. However a few days after leaving I noticed I and my colleague had been over charged for another nights stay and I was further charged a no show fee of a full nights stay. Even after calling and getting an agreement to refund, I again noticed after my return home 9 days later the no show fee was still taken and the cost for the 1 night stay, even though we only actually stayed from 4am until around 11am so 6 hrs. It was disgraceful to be charged a no show and then for the 10th of July and also 11th of July

I won’t stay at that location again.

Breakfast was nice. Employees there were nice and energetic.

Front desk manager not friendly at all. When asked a question regarding q-tips he was like you have to buy it. Also bathroom had no conditioner in the bottle. For amount of money Hilton charges, and no q-tips or conditioner.

Just fine. A high quality Red Roof Inn.

There was not breakfast, except at a small kiosk with bad coffee.

Our room on the second floor was very loud with a snake convention and a Quincenera party going on in the ballrooms right outside our door. The 2nd floor is terrible.

Beautiful facilities, great location and a comfortable stay

I like that the facilities are nice and clean and the staff was very helpful and had great customer service skills. I also like the free breakfast and it was delicious.

The only issue I had is when I called the hotel for shuttle service from the airport. The lady that answered, took my information very slowly to verify my identity. She verified my name, phone number, email address. It just seemed-to take a long time and then she wasn’t even the person to get me the shuttle so that was very frustrating that she did all that and then had to transfer me anyway when, if you’re not the person I need to speak to just transfer the call, because I was irritated, I was cold. I had to verify my identity again with the front desk that I was transferred to. Other than that it was excellent customer service from then on out the shuttle driver was amazing. Facilities were amazing and the front desk was awesome.

Was a very comfortable and friendly hotel right in the heart of Scranton's downtown.

The check in process went smoothly. The lobby was clean and inviting. We were able to unload the car undercover which was very important as it was snowing outside that evening.

The stay was overall wonderful. The only challenge for us was using the remote to access the Direct TV channels- we had trouble navigating the guide and then choosing a channel. The staff was wonderful and sent up a handyman to helps us. We were able to watch a movie given their kind support

My go to place in Scranton.

Location & parking & staff were very good. Layout of the room was good.

The bed was too high. The mattress & pillows were not comfortable. The toilet seat was too low. No towel racks in the bathroom. The room was dark.

Good location, friendly reception, food somewhat expensive, but VERY large portions at the sports bar.

The pool was fine, but the water in the whirlpool was so hot that no-one could use it!

Beds were incredibly comfortable, rooms had more space than expected.

Doors that connect rooms aren't that well secured, travelling alone this didn't feel very safe.
