There for the weekend

The location between Angel stadium and Disneyland was perfect. Plenty of food places around and gas stations.

The parking is limited and tight.

Excelente localização

A localização é perfeita para quem vai à Disney. O estacionamento da Disney(e consequentemente, o shuttle para o parque) fica a 10 minutos de caminhada do hotel. Dá para deixar o carro no hotel e ir caminhando sem problemas. O hotel é simples, bem no estilo motel americano, mas atende bem para quem vai se divertir nos parques.

O café da manhã é bem fraquinho, mas ajuda para quem não gosta de sair de estômago vazio.

EXCELLENT, beautiful

The room was very good cleaned all time.The crew was very good.The location is really more than excellent every thing around you.Car rental, market food,supermarket,a lot of restaurant,and many deferent stores.

The place was OK for the rental but was also at a good location to get around.

They served breakfast and it was good.

We needed to get the towels from the office and take the used ones. Also making the beds were not done every day.

2024 NAMM...YES!!!

The location close to the Convention center/Disneyland was fantastic. For those who don't want to walk (15 minutes), there is a bus service that goes up Harbor. Lots of good restaurants within walking distance, a convenience store right out the door, Enterprise car rental place across the street, shopping close by Target (bus or uber) and an Outlet mall(Uber) . We did not get a chance to use the pool, but noticed several others that did! There is a small breakfast offered that looked like a good start for the day! The people at the desk were wonderful, our arrival was early, but the room was ready and for a small charge was available to us !!! We are already coming back in January for the convention and will tell all our friends!

The bed frame was a squeaker. LOL... It could use some lubricant or tightening, but it really wasn't a deal breaker. The window did not open, it looked like it should have...

Exceptional

I liked that the rooms were clean and comfortable, it was perfect for our overnight stay. The parking lot felt secure as we could see the vehicles from the rooms. They had vending machines on every floor, perfect for a late night snack. The fruit selection from breakfast seemed fresh. The location was very convenient as well, just down the street from Disney parking structures. Overall very happy. I would stay here again.

It was very clean and comfortable room. Lots of places to eat within walking distance and a short drive to Disneyland Mickey and Friends Parking Structure.

The rooms are big, bed was mattress was hard and noisy. No cleaning service.

Everything, microwave and fridge didn't work, I stayed for two night if you need towels or paper you need to go to the front desk and get it yourself. We reserved 3 rooms, family rooms the TV didn't worked really bad experience sorry.

WORST STAY - APPALLINGLY DIRTY - Avoid if possible

it was horrible and the photos absolutely misleading. if you in any way stain the towels or such you’re charged a 100USD deposit as destruction of property instead of acknowledging simple use so careful with makeup girls; not to mention they don’t clean the room due to “covid” and attempts to keep it cleaner but yet they leave OPEN USED soap bars and hairs in the shower as well as a super clogged sink. honestly the worst waste of money and the breakfast is just cereal and fruits opened for who knows how long. but canceling and getting a refund on the spot also costs you a penalization so we had to go buy clean bedsheets at target instead and stay out of the room as much as possible. there was even a blood stain on one of the duvets and poop? or something dark and thick on the roof. so don’t go there if you got a choice

If management actually managed, this could have been a great stay.

Everything would have been perfect but management is tearing that place apart. The location is good. The size is good. Most cleaning ladies are really nice. 1 front desk lady was pretty cool.

First contact with manager, during “free continental breakfast.” I asked my husband to go down to get me coffee and toast. Manager told my husband this wasn’t a grab n go. He had to sit and eat breakfast. I am disabled, he does this for me in every hotel we’ve ever stayed at. $1300 for my family to stay there. This was the most minor problem there. In one of our rooms the toilet backed up on the second evening. My husband went to the office and got a plunger. He was told there was no maintenance man there that day. Plunger didn’t work. The following morning Hubs went out and bought a snake as our room started smelling like sh** and we already knew there was no maintenance. The day was running late with no response from management. The whole day and night passed. The following morning (day 4) I went to the manager. She again said she had no maintenance man. I told her she needed to do something. Finally, she offered to move us another room. We were there for 5 days, 4 nights. So all of the forth morning we spent moving all of our stuff. Absolutely ruined our vacation. We were bombed with fences on evening 2 and all day and night of the third day. Couldn’t do any of our plans on day 4. We were so tired and disappointed. This was our only trip since Covid started. This 4 night stay cost us $1300. That is what we paid for. The weirdest thing, the toilet only had water when it started backing up. We caught wind that this was common and they do have a plumbing problem

The staff was really nice. The rooms were clean.

The beds and pillows were very hard and uncomfortable. It is not somewhere I'd take my family again. Not the most wholesome neighborhood either.
