The staff is friendly and a good motel for a one night's stay.

I was on a motorcycle trip from Austin, Texas to Colorado and Santa Rosa, NM seemed like a good location for an overnight's stay. Since Santa Rosa in near an interstate highway so there are numerous hotel/motel options for you to choose from. This motel is definitely older and is showing its age, however, the combination of price and location made it a good choice for me. Nothing special about the room. It was comfortable and generally clean, and the staff were friendly. The breakfast was as expected with the normal cereal, sweet rolls, coffee and some fruit.

Nothing specifically wrong with the motel. My expectations for motels in this price range are fairly low. They are generally older so it will not be the Hilton, but if the A/C works, the bedding clean and comfortable and the general area around the motel safe looking then my expectations are met. I would note, my GPS (and Google Maps) wanted me to enter the property from River rd. at the back of the property but there is no enter point from there. I ended up back tracking to Hwy 54 and entering from the west side.

Very nice, older facility along Historic Route 66!

Sounds of trains, but it kind of reminded me of my childhood travels in the 60’s! I can’t blame that on the Inn!

Basic, but good for a 1 night stay.

Location was good, close to the highway, but a little hard to find. The staff was friendly and helpful. The price was good.

Breakfast was pretty lean. The hvac was struggling to keep the room warm.

Great place with excellent value for your money.

Right off of I-40, yet we never heard any traffic. Well lit parking lot, with room for pickups with trailers. Rooms were good sized, with large flat screen TV's. Staff could not have been nicer, made you feel right at home. Bathrooms were clean and worked exactly like they should, with a bonus night light. Beds were perfect, not too hard or too soft. Huge flat screen TV with lots of channels. Microwave, mini fridge, good wall unit air. Even have HDMI ports built into the night stand. Blueberry waffles for breakfast. Along with two choices of cereal, muffins, cinnamon rolls. Orange juice, good coffee with all the fixings.

I would not change anything about this motel.

Best bang for your buck! Blueberry Waffles!

Very convenient off of I-40, easy to find and plenty of well lit parking spaces. We had a truck and car trailer that we were able to park and see easily, from our window. Staff was very friendly and got us checked in quickly. Room was nice and warm, very clean, big flatscreen TV, beds were comfortable. I was impressed with both the staff and the condition of the room. Returned two day later, the staff greeted me instantly, remembering my first name. Very pleased and so much more than I expected.

To be honest, I would not change a thing about this motel. The staff, the room, parking, it was all so much better than I expected.

An evening in Santa Rosa

I was really pleased with the entire stay. Check-in was easy and my room was very nice. I liked that I could park directly in front of my room. The area is quiet and yet close to the 40. Great shower pressure and hot water. The WiFi was excellent and I was able to work without interruption. Thank you!

TBH, the coffee in the room isn't very good. LOL. And maybe have an additional blanket in the room.

There was no breakfast. The bathroom was very clean and the bed was very comfortable.

Really nice place 👍🏻

Clean, comfortable. The fridge & microwave we’re super handy, as was the hair dryer in the bathroom. When I called for directions the clerk was SUPER helpful & friendly!!!!!!!

The visibility of the sign wasn’t great (seemed like some bulbs burned out) & was blocked by trees from the direction I came. Didn’t help that mapping apps didn’t point me to the right place (not their fault)

Couldn't have been better! Strongly recommend it!!!

The location was great! We were so tired from driving and the lady at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. It was a Godsend!
