ugh

got the room I paid for but the price wasn’t worth it.

staff was rude. bed was uncomfortable. pillows was hard. not enough towels for the jacuzzi room. wasn’t worth the price.

Thank you for the clean bathroom and comfortable bed.

Clean room and bathroom. Comfortable bed. Pool looked nice and clean. I wasn't prepared to use is, but might next time. Close to Grove Comedy Club where we had a wonderful time.

Kind of stale smell with overlay of deodorant/disinfectant. No one to attend to breakfast. Interest to serve dry cereal but no milk.

Would stay here again!

The price was reasonable. The location was great and felt safe. Near lots of restaurants. The pool was nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included - the cooked food wasn’t the best, but did offer many options.

The room had a weird humidity smell. Don’t know if it’s the carpet (don’t like hotel rooms with carpet) or embedded in the walls.

Quiet and comfortable and AFFORDABLE two nights!

Even though the property is older and just a little worn in places, the room was so comfortable, temperature perfect, bed very comfortable, had a small frig and microwave. The room was VERY clean. Nice indoor pool for those who would want one. A small coin laundry and small workout room on property. Standard breakfast. Location is very close to I49 and close to shopping in Rogers.

Traffic is heavy when trying to get out. Go out the back way, turn right and go to the traffic light to turn left.

Not fancy but clean, comfortable and affordable.

It was comfortable and very affordable. the location is right off the interstate which is very convenient. I know the place was full but the place although small was quiet for the most part. My husband loved the waffles at breakfast.

It is tricky to drive in and out of the property as there is almost always a great deal of traffic on the road running beside it. The breakfast was okay- typical continental breakfast. The hot water was not hot or even over lukewarm so the hot chocolate was not good. I went to get orange juice instead and water came out of the spigot with occasional spurts of an orange liquid. This wasn’t orange juice and three other people after me dumped theirs. Maybe individual bottles or cartons of juice would have been better. The front desk clerk (African American gentleman probably around 45-55 years old) was not friendly or engaging. I went to tell him that we didn’t need our room fully cleaned but just some fresh towels and his response was, “We will clean your room.” He looked bored every time I saw him. When I checked out he asked my room number and dismissed me with “okay”. There was not a thank you, have a safe journey, etc. there was never even a smile. The doors are very heavy and would slam whenever closed so that was the only real noise I heard.

It was miserable.

Hotel was very clean. I knew I was in trouble for the night when the smell of perfume/scents almost knocked me out the door.

Very strong perfume/scented smell in the air. It was so bad that it was in my room and in the coffee at breakfast. Not recommended for anyone with asthma. Will NOT stay there again.

Would definitely book again but ask to be on a different floor.

I was very impressed with the cleanliness and the cost!

our room was completely dirty there was also something that looked like throw up all over our floor and we ended up calling the guy downstairs he asked if we wanted him to come clean it he came with gloves and towels and cleaned up a bunch of stuff on the floor also picking up pieces of what look like throw up totally disgusting. we should’ve got our money back and went to a different hotel but everyone surrounding us was booked up. he did not even try to comp our room. totally nasty

Bring your own pillows! Good quality for the money. Will definitely stay again in the future.

Room was clean and building was well kept, staff is very friendly, and they have a good complimentary breakfast.

The pillows were very small and lacked support. We asked for extra pillows and they said they did not have any. Due to this we had a difficult time sleeping. They do have an indoor pool, but no hot tub unfortunately.
