Lovely spot and a comfortable stay.

Location was perfect away from all the noise of Waikiki. Pool areas were nice although didn’t use the private beach area as the bar wasn’t open for the duration of our stay. Shower was sensational.

Rooms are all white so not forgiving on the dirty marks on the furniture or water stained lampshade. Although the pools are meant to be for guests outsiders were coming to use the pool that were not staying at the hotel. Bed was also a bit hard but I guess this is just a personal thing for each person so may suit others.Also did like how a message was left for us to collect a welcome pack which was actually the concierge selling the Hilton version of timeshare. We did sit through the 2 hour presentation to get a discounted ticket to Pearl Harbour but really didn’t need the sell job. The concierge were lovely as were all the staff but this wasn’t a welcome pack it was a sales incentive.

Very comfortable, relaxed though refined vibe.

The style of the rooms and the hotel overall is very nice - understated, not glitzy but simply well designed and furnished. Very appropriate feeling for the beach.

The view was fantastic and location was also excellent. It was too cold and wet to try out the pool

the check in was not good. I was told my room would be ready soon then waited 4 hours without any updates. They said they needed to wash the carpet so it was then damp. There was a 4am fire and we waited outside for two hours without being given any updates about what was happening.

When I finally got decent room I had a great stay but my holiday was half over. Good eating places nearby and convenience store across the road was handy. Easy walk to the beach and a very nice park with amazing views.

I arrived early evening and obviously got the worst room. It was supposed to be partial sea view but actually only looked over a carpark. There was a partial view from the balcony but not the room. I insisted that I get a better room but to do so had to check out at 10am and wait until 4pm for a room. I then got a fabulous room but there was continual noise from the lift shaft in both rooms. Beware the man at desk who you can approach for day tours. He is only putting guests under pressure to do some sales event. He used devious tactics to get one to agree to attending some sales event but then they would have control over what tours you booked when. It was easy to book a great around the island tour online but I wasted my precious holiday time being conned by the Hilton salesman.

A sad way to end our honeymoon.

Placement to the beach.

I have been there in the past many times, but not since it’s been under new management. The most disappointing part was that the day that I arrived there was a marathon that closed off the street access to the hotel completely. I only found this out from my Uber driver on our way from the airport, the hotel never bothered to let me know. Even though I had reached out via booking.com ahead of time to ask about early arrival. When I called, I tried a few times to get ahold of someone, and no one answered my first 2 attempts. Then on my third call I tried the consierge option on the hotline and I said we were having trouble getting the hotel, I’m disappointed no one told me this was happening and the staff hasn’t been answering the phone. The first thing Victor said all offended to me was” I don’t know why you would say that, I’m staff.” I Clarified and said well I’ve called twice already. How am I supposed to get to the hotel? He said I could get off at the mall and walk over. I said, no, I am very familiar with this location I’ve stayed here many times in the past and I’m not walking close to a mile with 200 lbs of luggage. All in all he was rude and not helpful, and starting my stay off on a bad vibe. Lastly, the hotel isn’t as nice as it once was. Less amenities, less clean. Probably won’t stay here again.

Located next to quiet beaches and a great place for families.

It was a wonderful location, close to quiet beaches. We even saw a turtle! The towel service was great. Rooms were comfortable and spacious. The cleaning staff were amazing. The restaurant was well located and the children’s menu was good. The pool was nice and clean. It was great to sit and chat by the pool with a drink or something to eat. Big comfortable beds. There are shady rest areas that lend themselves to relaxing. The ambience was relaxing and enjoyable. The lei making workshop was a must do! Cathy is great! Very family friendly!

Some restaurant service could be improved. There were several amazing servers.

Location allowed walking to most activities. Close to the beach and Waikiki strip.

Not quite a Hilton resort standard, needs uplifting and a bit tired. On-site restaurant can do with improvement.

客室、プールが全体的に白とウッド調でシンプルでおしゃれ。リゾート感があって雰囲気がとってもゆったりしてる。アラモアナセンターまで徒歩で行ける。部屋に電子レンジがついている。

ロビーに上がるのにスロープがなく、ベビーカーを使用していたので毎回階段を上げるのが大変だった。ベルマンは手伝ってくれなかった。毎日リゾート税が41ドル加算される。浴室に浴槽がなくシャワーも壁付きタイプだったので幼児の入浴が大変だった。

Perfect for Family

Amazing Hotel! Family Friendly Hotel, Free kids policy, Our room upgraded to Marina View, 1 bedroom suite, with double balcony, perfect for longer stays. closed to everything, has happy hour every afternoon. great pool.

Just keep in mind if having big strollers like uppababy cruz or vista, the lobby has no stroller access. but the staff are very friendly to help, so no problem at all.

Pleasant but would have been better with housekeeping.

Great location, good view and pleasant decor. Good facilities.

No housekeeping for the entire booking, had to phone reception to request for replenishment of items on a daily basis and no pre-warning about this. I would expect ceramic plates and metal knives and forks with breakfast and evening meals rather than paper plates and plastic cutlery.

it was very disappointing to find out on arrival after sis I Duvall you booking a hotel room to receive room service that the rooms weren’t serviced. it was very unhygienic after nine days not having the carpet vacuumed.

bathroom door and wall shutters on bathroom. no actual privacy because of sliding door and shutters.
