Staff was excellent, room was nice, hotel and room were clean, pool was cool—not heated.

The rate could have been cheaper, and breakfast included in the rate would have been nice.

for our three days in Raleigh, it was an excellent stay

very very clean and comfortable.. location was perfect

just two things… the lighting in the bathroom was very dark. I was not able to put my makeup on in the bathroom. I had to go by the window with a small mirror of my own. Also, the staff were unprepared to give us suggestions as to where to go for a day in Raleigh there wasn’t enough visitor pamphlets it seemed it was more catering to the businessman or woman, not so much sightseers like us

Overcharged for the room when I went to eat breakfast, they rushed us by picking up the food, basically off the table and out of our hands

doubletree desk clerk said i had to talk to manager who was very rude.

received confirmation email from doubletree for room reservation with two queens but was given room with king and pull out couch, since reservations was made through priceline i was caught in loop between priceline, booking.com and the doubletree even when the room confirmation email was from the doubletree.

My stay here was good and I'd book this hotel again.

Everything was smooth, from check in until check out. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I didn't get offered a cookie everyday.

will never stay at this property again.

we booked a room with 2 queens and was given a room with a king. Nothing was suggested for us to recoup our loss. there was no hot tub. the staff that prepare breakfast were apparently not trained to provide proper service and I was given raw French toast.

Superb

I liked the ambiance of the hotel it was very nice and decorative. The big tree in the lobby was pretty and it was very clean and fresh.

The fact that I had to pay for breakfast! I can understand a price for the buffet which was actually a reasonable price but continental breakfast should be included in the price of the stay.

room was being updated as we left, should have been before! we moved to another room that was in a lot better shape after 3 nights! They did take money off our bill since we had to move. The hotel was starting renovations starting with the top floor where we were. people at front desk were wonderful though!

I was expecting a quality experience, but got the minimal services I would expect at at 1 star hotel

The location was ok, if a bit out of the way from the part of Cary where my family was staying. The television screen was large. Everything in the bathroom worked. The room was clean.

Internet reception was extremely poor. It constantly cut out. I was offered a bait and switch for good internet if I signed up for Hilton Honors. That is not serving guests. That is taking advantage of them! The room was small. My back hurt after a night's sleep. Anything good at the hotel cost extra. The basics were bare bones at a much higher price. There were very few outlets to charge my devices. The clock had the wrong time, which caused confusion when I needed to pick up family at the airport. Overall, it was a one star experience, which is not what I expect from a Hilton property. The furniture in the room was a bit knocked about as well.
