Never again!

Place was very rundown. Sink had cracks, drapes were sagging not being supported by rail and was thread bare with holes. Door should have had a flip lock. Sink was running and you could not turn off. Linen looked grey and dirty. And the blanket was totally inadequate.

Attention to detail! Clean linen, blankets for the beds. drapes hung, walls clean and fresh looking. Sink with out cracks, faucets that can be shut off. Tear the place down and rebuild!

Room key did not work even with rekeying. Coffee machine had no pods. Electrical receptacles were loose.

It was very basic, but the beds were comfortable and we slept well.

The price was extremely low, which was the aim. Staff seemed kind.

As to be expected with the low price, the quality of the room was not great. Sheets had a few stains and the blanket had a hole. Repairs needed to be made.

F*cking atrocious.

Nothing. At. All.

Spent a total of five minutes here. Bad vibes straight away when we pulled up and the place look like the pictures on the website were taken in 1998, which was also the last time it was cleaned. The owners were having some kind of family reunion so the parking lot was full of people and kids, who had no interest in moving out of the way so I could check in. Once we finally parked we went inside and rang the bell, the woman who came out didn't speak English, and didn't bother swallowing whatever she was chewing on very loudly and spitting everywhere while she tried to speak. Finally her 15 year old son showed up and began helping us, the whole time she was scream at him in their native language. Finally checked in, we couldn't wait to get out of that room, so we went to our room... where things went from funny to ridiculous. We opened the door, which was basically ten feet of the main road for the town, and stepped into a dark, smokey, mildewy, cesspool where neither of us wanted to even touch the door handle for a second time. Using a pencil, I pushed the bed sheets back, which were covered in various visible stains, the floor was sticky, the only light in the dank hole was by the front door, and when we dared to open the bathroom door, we found that it had been kicked off it's hinge at some point and never repaired. The shower/bathtub wasn't fit to drown a rat in; huge holes into the walls, as well as a shower curtain that was being held together with rusty 2 inch nails, on full display. Horrified, we went back to the front desk where the boys father was, and he acted all surprised by the news that his establishment was anything less than stellar. Luckily the boy came back in and we told him what happened, and he immediately said "Would you like your money back?" I said yes, and his father started arguing with him not to refund us. The kid argued back and refunded anyway. Then he said to us, "I wouldn't stay here either.

Very good

The room was spacious and clean. Though an older motel it was a great price. The staff were very happy to make our stay comfortable and asked for what they can do to improve. The bathroom needed a few cosmetic touch ups but everything worked well and was clean. I would recommend to anyone on a budget that prefers the privately run motel with personality over corporate standardization. I will definitely stay here again. Nephi is a sweet little town.

cheapest option in town but it is a rip off!

convenience to have your car right at the door. TV channels worked at least!

absolutely nothing.. the room was falling apart, stinky, dirty... reception guy took forever to show up... honestly a dungeon!! for that money it is an absolute rip off!
