room was clean, but old and not in good shape. duck tape was surrounding the window, not sure if it was holding the window in, or was for keeping the cold out. BUT the bed and pillows were nice, staff was okay. I would not stay there again though

Staff was friendly and helpful. Liked the mountain view out the window. It was better than our last night stay at a different facility.

The room was not clean. There was food crumbs on the tv stand/dresser and by the bed. Food residue on the table, and we spent hours trying to make the tv work. Finally the manager came and installed a new tv box. That was a huge frustration after driving 689 miles in one day.

The place is okay for my purpose and a place to stop on my way to and from where I was going.

The whole accommodation was very dated and it looked like it. The exterior could use some work, and the room itself, while large, had a very dated feel to it. The walls are really thin between rooms. Someone next to me came back to their room at 3 in the morning, and cranked up the music really loud, and was partying hardy, which obviously made it difficult to sleep.

The so-called breakfast left a lot to be desired. There was no real effort on the part of the motel to provide anything besides the rank basics, at best.

A good experience.

It was all a great experience. Check-in was easy, personnel were friendly, room was clean and comfortable and breakfast was a nice touch.

No drink vending machines or snacks.

If we did not have the problems with the 3 items listed, our stay would have been OK.

They have updated the hotel with flooring, paint, furniture & pictures (Bathroom is not updated.).

Toilet seat was wood seat with 2 chips out of the seat. That is not acceptable / sanitary. Window did not have a screen, so could not open. Chain lock on door was broken / not usable.

I like the location of the property.

When I took a shower, the water puddled at my feet. the sink was also slow to drain. Clearly they needed a plumber to go in that room and clean the drains.

Disappointing

Non smoking room smelled like after two centuriies of heavy smoking. Old, worn, doesn't deserve for Super8 brand. Poor wi-fi

quiet, friendly

toilet not bolted to the floor. we reported twice and they showed no interest in fixing. Liability risk. I t was a handicapped room. Beds hard.
