If you’re comfortable with worms and bugs in your room this is the place for you

Nothing. It was dirty and lots of bugs

The fact that it took me about an hour to unload cuz I had my two little kids and grandson. I put them on the bed while unpacking after finally done unpacking I see there is a worm on the floor. Rollie pollies and other bugs dead along the bed and behind the bed. Then I pack ALL MY STUFF go to front office and they said I can’t get refunded after I been there 30 minutes or more. I had to go thru booking.com. So I showed them pictures and they said you can see another room. I says and if it’s dirty what she’s like then you come tell me. I go to the other room smells like hard core cigarettes broken ac broken shower faucet dead bugs on sides of bed and behind bed. I went back and asked has she been in THAT room. She says no I told her what’s wrong with it and she shrugged her shoulders I said ok I’ll call customer service and get it situated she says no oh ok come back tomorrow you don’t need to call customer service. I still called. The people over night at front desk was rude. I wasn’t going to stay another night after seeing 2 dirty rooms and yea it took me an hour to unload then load back up. The chair was dirty as well. Just an ugly place to stay not to mention they put me in a handicap room with a dirty shower stall and the seat the seat in there was full of…. Idk what. I didn’t want to touch you take a picture of THAT! Too bad I can’t post videos!

You get what you pay for

The location was one of my favorites, being that I was trying to stay near the dominion and La cantera. Price was extremely affordable

Water! Shower water was cold and never went hot. Manager told us to let the water run for 15-20 minutes so it would warm up and it literally just got colder. Refrigerator smelled like fish and the parking lot feels like your parking in Mexico.

Pedi específicamente pagar en efectivo al hacer check-in porque tenía un presupuesto fijo con la tarjeta requerida para la reservación SOLAMENTE. La administración hizo caso omiso y cobraron mi tarjeta. También había bichos en las habitaciones. I specifically requested to pay in cash at check-in as I had a fixed budget for the credit card requested for the booking ONLY. They did not care about my request and charged the card regardless. Also, there were bugs in the beds.

The lady didn't even let me check in. They had a light issue but they could of at least called to inform me of the situation so I could be able to reserve something else where.

Our stay left room for everything to be improved, primarily the cleanliness.

It was close to six flags and several restaurants. That unfortunately was the only positive thing.

The rooms could have been clean. It was obviously some of our towels had not been changed out in so long they had a thick collection of dust. They put us in a room that was already occupied, and as we addressed that problem the front desk staff member openly admitted to knowingly putting us in a room that still had to be cleaned but showed vacant. We had two different rooms reserved, both rooms had floors that left my kids feet black after just a minute or two of walking around... as much as we tried to get both of our toddlers to keep their socks on. Our shower in one room barely worked and left you feeling like you were going to break the knob that was barely hanging on. The tv in our second room did not work, nor did it have batteries in the remote. Unfortunately I could go on even further my best advice is to not stay here. It was an inexpensive last minute booking and it wasn't even worth the cheap rate.

The bathroom could have been cleaner, the was blood on the toilet. The bed sank in the middle, we have stayed there before and the room was a lot better. It seems they are fixing the rooms one way a time. Over all not bad for the price.

next time I’ll pay an extra $20 for something nicer.

not much to like other than the location.

I was not expecting much for the price I paid. parking was horrible. Luckily I got the last spot in the parking lot. it was not close to my room. when I walked in the room the bed was not made and there was no blanket. I had my camp gear so I was ok but made me wonder if the room had been cleaned.

Affordable, but could use some improvements

Affordable Easy to get to Located near the place we wanted to visit Walls between rooms were solid. Couldn't hear the people next to us. Nice size fridge.

Pictures had a couch, but the room actually did not. The doors did not shut easily. Had to pretty much slam them to close. Could hear all the outside noise and you can see where the light was coming in from underneath the door. Pillows were super thin and the bed was very hard. Outlet behind the bed was not screwed in all the way. The faceplate was almost completely off. Shower had very little pressure. Bathroom was a little small compared to other hotels.
