Just because it was close to convention cenree

Nothing worked in the room- dirty- safe broken- shower drain clogged- all light switches with finger prints and dirty- thick dust all over- tired furniture- towels with holes- mosty smell room Needed key to take elevators- it needed to be changed daily as “it expired”.

Nice Hotel but poor accommodations

Great location, valet parking was easy, quick check in

The heater did not work in our room after a couple attempts to fix it, it still did not work, staff claimed they had no rooms but yet if you called the hotel they offered you a reservation. Temperature outside was 20 degrees, it definitely made for a cold night. Also front doors open to breakfast area and when temperatures are this cold the lobby remains cold along with the breakfast area. Very disappointed for being a Hyatt Hotel.

Just ok. Many missing/broken items and mixed staff helpfulness.

We visited for a cruise so it was nice to wake up and see the ship parked in port. Easy walk to the port with luggage. The main road was not too busy or loud. Breakfast was good, not amazing, but a good variety.

This hotel is kind of run down with some (not all) very unhelpful staff. In our room we did not have blankets for the sofa bed, a phone that worked, and a heater that would not turn on. Upon first request for a blanket we were told they did not have any more. A second call about 30 minutes later got us two blankets and our heater re-lit. Why the denial to help us in the first place is beyond me. Other things, the elevators are very old, small, shaking and a pain to operate with the keycard. The room had scalding hot water on the cold faucet sometimes. I would not stay here again. From my understanding this hotel does not meet the standards of the Hyatt Place chain and should be looked at by corporate.

Check in was very stressful that guest came up to me and ask me how I was doing.. I want a refund

This was a horrible trip very traumatic my reservation was some how not accepted after paying for over $1,000.00 for me and my guest on Oct 25, 2023. When I check in Dec 1, 2023 I had to pay an extra $800 even though I have a confirmation email... Very unhappy I want a refund

Customer service was horrible and very stressful couple of hours for me to check in.. Booking has been my top website for flights and hotels but after this I am not sure I would use your service for anything.

Nice hotel, great breakfast, wonderful staff!

The room was a great size for our large family! The bathroom was renovated and clean. The breakfast had great options (they had like 4 options for different kinds of milks!) and the breakfast staff was very friendly. The location was very close to our cruise we were getting on too!

Kind of silly but the glass door was not great for families since the kids use the bathroom during the night. Every-time they did the light shined through the door waking everyone else up. The location is pretty close to a homeless camp and they don’t have a parking lot.

1. I ordered two room and when I checked in the front desk gave a small attitude and kept telling I didn’t when I showed her the confirmation email. Then one of the two rooms was supposed to be a king and she looked at me like there’s no way you’re getting that, so I needed up with a two queen and when I mentioned I requested them together that was another issue she was not willing to help with so we had to stay on opposite ends of the halls. 2. When the evening shift came in and we asked for help she did not want to help at all and then when we ordered pizza and sat in the lobby for it she made the comment “Man this pizza must have gold in it because you have been eagerly waiting on it.” 3. Breakfast was not good at all and the pancakes were the worst of all. They are tough and chewy.

nothing like the pictures. the room was unclean. i gound a hair in the coffee cup. the coffee machine was not clean. unprofessional staff and rude some items were stolen from my car. and i talked to the receptionist that she should warn the guest about the parking next to the hotel. she didn’t like what i said and she was terribly rude worst experience and will never happen again

Never returning to this property or using a 3rd party booking service again.

Breakfast was very disappointing. Processed pork sausage links, powdered eggs that seemed to be sitting in a pot for some time and oatmeal was below Hyatt standard. There was a large breakfast room that was unaccompanied by Hyatt staff. I would suggest NOT advertising that this location offers breakfast. Very disappointing! The check in staff made us feel like we were bothering her. She seemed quite occupied on her phone and answered every question with a yes or no. On the website we paid for a high floor room, but was told we were on floor 2. Once we got out the elevator on floor 2, the entire floor had an extremely strong smell of marijuana. We didn’t bother to tell the front desk person, b/c the check in process was quite unpleasant and we didn’t want to bother her. At the event we attended, quite a few people asked how was our room. We shared our experience and let everyone know we would never return to that property.

The only problem that I had was they tried to put me in a king room without a pull out sofa when I booked a king room with a pull out sofa, otherwise known as a king quad room. When I questioned it, they told me that they could not guarantee a pull out sofa and that was between me and booking.com. I told them that it was between them and booking.com and they offered me a double queen which works for my situation. Didn’t find out until I was in the room that I did not have a pull out sofa and the front desk acted as if I was the problem. Could have done without the attitude, but other than that my stay was great.
