Water never gets hot. I reported this to the staff but found no improvement of the issue. After reporting the issue we came back to the room to find the curtains open and the door not closed properly so anyone could just walk in. The bed covers should be replaced as they were all lumpy and looked like they had been washed and all the insides were lumped together. The pictures give a false sense of the quality of the property. The parking gates were apparently broken and missing so anyone could enter the property. One night I got a message saying that due to staffing issues that the office would be closed that evening until morning.

This place is very nice and very clean. It is a 12 minute drive to the parks. It is a convenient way to save a few dollars and still enjoy the parks. 😎🎈♥️

We came here with a family of 6 for a Fall Break. Everything is great if you are using it for a DISNEY TRIP just to sleep in. The Rooms and clean bur the building is showing it's age. But the LOCATION IS perfect for Disney plus they offer a bus to MAGIC KINGDOM/EPCOT. All the restaurants are close in location and Walmart is less than a 1mile. Will return ONLY for Disney.

Clean with large comfy rooms. Check in process was worse than airport check in with ID verification and facial recognition type system, and this will put us off staying there again. Location is great, close to restaurants and the attractions. Front desk lady was very friendly and helpful.

This property is an unbelievable value for anyone heading to the Disney parks! Our room was clean, modern and comfortable, the public spaces were nice and we loved being able to check into our room directly without stopping at a front desk. The chat feature on the app is very helpful to quickly answer any questions you might have. I still can’t believe how little we paid for the quality! You are a few miles away from the parks themselves but we had no trouble using ride share to get there. Don’t hesitate to book if you are looking for a budget option near the parks!

I was apprehensive about this place at first as it didn’t come with any housekeeping for a 13 night stay which I’ve never encountered before. HOWEVER. I cannot express how surprised I was at this property. I had a king superior room on the first floor. It had a giant bathroom with tub and shower. It came with shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. There was also a body cream. 2 extra toilet rolls were provided as well as enough towels but I got extra on the first day from the front desk who even offered to put them in a paper bag for me. The room had a hairdryer, microwave, fridge and ample space across the whole room! The bed was comfy and it came with 6 pillows. The room was clean, had a nice desk space and cupboard space too. There was also hangers and earplugs in the cupboard. The room wasn’t particularly soundproof to outside sounds/above/neighbours but you have earplugs so isn’t an issue. The shower was great also. No issues whatsoever. The parking was unproblematic. A great stay in a really spacious and clean room super close to Disney that I’d 10/10 recommend if you have a car. I didn’t use the shuttle service but I believe they offer a to and from the parks once a day to Disney.

The pool was dirty and closed at 8pm. No reason no explanation. Everything is done online. As far as i could tell they only had one employee on the property at a time. The room floor was gritty and dirty too. Had to pay extra and schedule in advance if you wanted room cleaned.

The property was great, clean well equipped. Pool was great. Plenty of parking. My only complaint was that my floors seem to be saturated with water under the floor boards. Every time you stepped water seeped through. I slipped a number of times. Had to place towels down throughout the room in order to avoid wet feet.

We spent two weeks at Sonder Cirrus, and we really enjoyed our experience! All of the staff was very nice and helpful, and always provided us with fresh towels and linen. The location was very convenient for us, and they even offered shuttles to Disney directly from the hotel. I would definitely recommend anyone who is looking for a nice hotel in a convenient location to stay here!

We loved the hotel... many amenities offered including access to the pool after checkout. We felt appreciated as guests. I absolutely loved the app to converse with agents for any questions as well as a mobile access key to get in the room. I will definitely book with here before anywhere else.

We stayed because of reading 5 star ratings but sadly experienced a week of not being able to use our room’s toilet comfortably. The Hotel looks very outdated, rooms have been “updated” so they appear somewhat like the pictures but the beds are awful, sheets are very lumpy just as the other reviews stated. There were bed bugs found and roaches in other reviews so we slept hesitantly. The hotel doesn’t do free cleaning or housekeeping, you must pay. Our toilet didn’t work all week, we called the front desk, they’d come and “fix” it then it’d overflow poop. Being Very scared to use restroom all week in our OWN room due to broken toilet was not acceptable. Due to our GoGo- busy schedule of Disney days, we barely were at hotel to switch rooms which was not offered anyhow. I would not stay here if I were handicap as the ELEVATORS were broken, we had to carry luggage three floors up to get to rooms. The area is close to parks which made it easy to get to parks. Sadly, what could have been a wonderful stay based off website and reviews stating “exceptional” was short of the truth. I will say the staff there were kind and doing the best they could possibly do, it’s higher up Sonder Management that needs to fix their Motel. Will NEVER stay again.

The hotel is very well situated close to Disney. We liked the layout of the property and swimming pool but the room smelled very musty, probably due to water leaking in around the air conditioner. The floor felt sticky and the washroom did not appear to have been cleaned very well.

The sheets were dirty upon arrival. No human contact with the staff as everything is done through the app. The pool was filthy and unsanitary. The fire alarm went off one night throughout the entire hotel. No communication from the staff about why we needed to evacuate our room. Our stay was less than ideal.
