Didn’t get to stay due to them calling and saying my payment was declined. I understand they do a pre authorization charge but it was WAY more than just one night. The lady I talked to on the phone said it was ok with her if I called another property.

We had two rooms booked. The room for my wife and I looked clean at first, but there were many stains on the floor and obviously not vacuumed. We were moved to another room (went from King to two Queen). Unfortunately the floor was still stained, but we decided not to ask to move again as the property was very busy and lots of folks checking in. On top of not being clean, generally (see where I wrote ‘clean me’ in two dusty places of the elevator), nothing was really cared for. The certificate for the elevator, which is very old and run down, had expired in August of 2023. As mentioned, we ended up in a room with two queen beds, the bed I ended up in appeared to have a fitted sheet for a twin bed, so kept coming off the corners and made sleeping uncomfortable.
We booked somewhere convenient and cheap, it was not at all what the room photos represent, and I wish I had spent our money elsewhere. I don’t normally write reviews, but felt this needed to be said.

The room was great. The location was great. We thought we would need to drive to a lot of the destinations that we wanted to visit but we walked 90% of the places.
There was nothing that I can say that I dislike about this room/hotel.

Room appeared recently remodeled but stains already on carpet , chair, ironing board, and curtains. Bathroom was extremely small and the newly hung wallpaper will not last long as the seams were already peeling up. The location was perfect.
Staff was the worst I have ever encountered. Rude, unprofessional, and just an absolutely horrible experience at check-in
. The room was advertised with a private balcony, which was completely INACCURATE. It was more of a tiny corridor off to the side with 3 doors under an overhang that was scary if you were alone. Had to make sure window covering was closed at all times as room was exposed to ENTIRE COMPLEX the way it was angled. Parking was a whole other issue since the hotel was sold out it was almost impossible to find a spot when we arrived.
Ice maker at door of elevator was constantly leaking, and there was always water and filth on floor and in elevator. No air/circulation in the elevator and July is HOT in TN

The water pressure was awful, the bed was uncomfortable, there wasn't enough drawers for you're clothing, there was channels on the TV that even if you had the same channels at home you couldn't sign in to them.

Neighbors were fighting and noisy. Dirty carpet and breeze way. Paid for double bed got single.

Jamaican fella at the front desk was a legend. The room was grand. Nothing special but not bad. Value for your money

The parking was horrible, not much room to park or even turn around. The rooms was clean other than ants was everywhere.. along the walls by the elevators also in the rooms along the baseboards. The staff was alright, not very friendly.

The manager was the sweetest, the rooms were very cute and clean, and it’s on the parkway so very convenient, plus an indoor pool!
AC didn’t work good enough, staff besides manager was rude and couldn’t answer any questions I asked. And our beds weren’t made the entire time. The site also said no pets and everybody had pets.

Great location not in the center of Gatlinburg. Easy to walk to restaurants and shops.
Loved being in the 1sr floor, pet area was way too small. price per day for pet is $25. That money should be used to provide better pet relief areas.

Booking.com sold it to me under the name Laconte Hotel, but the name of the hotel was Wonder. I was deceived! Also, the bed was the dirtiest room I have ever stayed in in my life. The floor carpet was stained, animals had defecated, and the sheets were full of hair and dirt. I paid for a delux room, but the room was given to me. It was a very different, bad and small room than the room booking.com showed me. There was no water circulation in the indoor pool. Ash and hair pieces were floating in the pool. I waited for an hour for an employee to come and clean it, but I never saw a servant around for an hour. There was only body lotion in the sink to wash my hands, not even soap. The air conditioner was faulty and I couldn't even turn it on because of the noise! When I arrived at 3:00 pm, I was kept waiting for this dirty room and was given an entrance card. I will definitely not choose a hotel from booking.com anymore, I was very disappointed.

Well let me start by stating we didn’t get what we was supposed to as far as room. The A/ C unit froze up the first night while the temperature was 95”. The the next morning we did ask to be moved to another unit that was more comfortable and the young man did accommodate us. The worst part is we think that my wife was bitten by bed bugs which I could see due to the cleanliness of the first room. To say we would never stay at this hotel again is an understatement.

Terrible mold in bathroom. Apparently there is a water leak above the shower. When we arrived the ceiling tile was so moldy and sagging low from the water. We had to call three times through out our first day for them to come replace it. By the next day it was wet again but no mold YET. Shower was impossible to adjust temp. It was either scalding hot or freezing cold.

The facility was centrally located in downtown Gatlinburg.
The room was not clean. Staff had left their cleaning products in the room. The tv wouldn’t connect to the internet, so it didn’t work. I paid in cash at check in and at check out they charged my card for the full price again. Luckily I caught the mistake before leaving the property.

Breakfast was fair, but they wont refill soon when items will be out. Staff response was very positive when requested for extra pillows & towels etc (they were exchanging looks as if we have more occupants that specified in reservation, without knowing the fact) as we had an infant with us. TV, Phone, coffee makers etc was not working and for everything their response was we can come & check (these should have been checked before putting the room open for booking). Parking can be a challenge sometimes.

I liked the location it was right on the strip
First the staff was rude and anytime we had a question they looked at us like we were stupid and was short with an answer after the fact they stared at us for many moments like we belligerent the hot tub was out so that was a big downer and the heat and air unit was acting crazy the whole time also if you planned on eating the "free breakfast" it was a joke and we just turned around amd went and paid for it somewhere else

The outside noises carried into the room. I don’t think we slept the entire stay. Between people outside our room at 2am and the trash pick up at 2:30am plus no fault of the hotel at all the birds I swear sound so beautiful all day, but all night long they are so loud 🥴

They were going through a remodel apparently and were having some issues, when we first checked in they gave us keys that did not work to a room that was already occupied and then the next day after being out for most of the day we got back and our keys wouldn't work again. Just inconvenient.

None of the ice machines worked, dirty room along with a dirty refrigerator when we arrived. Tv was very small with very poor reception, very low lighting in the room that was supposedly just remodeled. Very upset about our stay in this hotel.

The location cannot be beat! The staff has been very nice both times we’ve stayed here. They have updated and are making progress. The breakfast was nice. Parking was better this year.
They have made many, many updates BUT have overlooked small details. The popcorn ceiling was falling in our room, the soaps in the shower and sink area had old hardened soap dripping down. There were coffee spots on the counter, nail polish in the sink, stains in the tub and wallpaper peeling. Pool heater broken.
