Tolles Hotel in bester Lage, absolute Weiterempfehlung!

Top Lage in der City, ruhig auch nachts, grosses Zimmer (2 Personen), bequeme Betten, Kühlschrank, grosse Dusche, sehr freundliches Personal, kostenlose Kofferaufbewahrung bei der Abreise, 5 Zimmer pro Geschoss und 2 Lifte, dadurch keine Wartezeiten

Blick zum Innenhof auf Wand, dadurch dunkel im Zimmer trotz 26.Stock (wussten wir aber vorher), Mikrowelle im Zimmer wäre schön gewesen

Location, location, location!!! Beautiful hotel in the perfect location.

Amazing location just between Bryant Park and Times Square. Quite enough at night, but close enough to the hustle & bustle of NYC’s Times Square. Would definitely look to book again if I ever visit NYC again. If you do stay here, definitely check out Zucker’s Bagels opposite Bryant Park and try Luma’s restaurant, as the food was fantastic.

Beds & pillows were a little too soft for my liking, but that’s a very personal perspective.

Nice place in a good location, close to Times Square and Bryant Park.

We liked the location. Room was very nice and clean. Staff was friendly. Overall a positive experience.

We had our son with us and once his sofa bed was made up, the room got very cramped. We only spent one night there, so this wasn't a problem, but might be a bit cramped if you spend more time there.

Séjour agréable au cœur de NYC

Hotel très bien placé pour visiter New York, aussi bien à pied qu'avec les transports en commun (plusieurs lignes de métro à proximité, proximité avec le Grand Central Terminal et proximité avec le terminal de bus). Chambre spacieuse pour 2 adultes et 2 ados (2 lits King size). Petit déjeuner bon et pratique, beaucoup de choix dans les viennoiseries, pain mais lassitude sur la partie salée car alternance œufs brouillés et omelette... Je le recommande!

Le ménage dans la chambre n'était pas parfait (cheveux dans la salle de bain, saleté sur le sol de la chambre)

Hotel is centrally located nice comfortable room bed and bathroom strong water, 4 blocks from Times Square. Eating place within 2-5 minutes walk, Hotel with own restaurant.

Street full of filthy cardboards, sewer water stinky all over the street canal, running rats at night after shows. Corner street full of sleeping vendors dealings drinking groups squatting in cardboard beds. Feels guarded walking late at night. Not feel safer alone walking.

Todo iba bien hasta que me hicieron un cargo indebido

Todo es excelente, salvo el cargo indebido que me hicieron

Buenas tardes, les escribo porque el 21 de julio, fecha en que abandoné el hotel, me hicieron un cargo indebido de $23,000 pesos mexicanos, equivalente a$1,270 dólares , ello, no obstante que yo pagué el total de mi estadía de 3 noches el 18 de julio por un total de $26,000 equivalentes a $1,440 dólares aproximadamente, ya he llamado al hotel y el gerente no me dio solución, tengan cuidado con los cargos, todo lo bueno del hotel, palidece ante un cargo indebido tan alto y que no se hagan responsables.

Nozze d’argento a New York

Ottima struttura tranquilla, vicinissima a tutte le attrazioni, camere nuove spaziose e pulite. la macchina da caffè Nespresso con le cialde in camera per noi è stata una bella sorpresa . Personale sempre cordiale disponibile e premuroso. Consiglio di acquistare il pacchetto con la colazione perché è veramente ottima, da provare anche la pizza napoletana dell’aperibar.

Nulla in particolare da segnalare.

Great hotel in Times Square

The staff was so helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable and clean. The location was terrific because it was in the heart of Times Square. The restaurant served the best meals we had and their portions and wine pours were generous. I highly recommend this hotel to NY visitors

There was no view because my room faced buildings on 3 sides. Not only did this make my room very dark (you had to have the lights on to see in the room, even during the day), but it also made using my cell phone in the room difficult. It was almost always on SOS in the room because there was so much interference from being behind buildings.

Nicely located. Very close to everything but quiet. The staff and the little robot even though we didn’t get to experience its service. Very fun watching it make deliveries getting on & off elevators.

Not having a view and only a view of the wall unless you book sky view. The Nespresso was a nice addition however it didn’t work properly. I recommend Keurig. It was noisy and leaking even after they tried fixing it.

ホテルの皆さんが大変親切でした。水回りがとても清潔で気持ち良く使えました。ロケーションが良いため、疲れたら一旦ホテルに戻り少し休んでから出かける、という動きができたことがありがたかったです。

部屋にもよると思いますが、携帯の電波が入らず少し困りました。

Hôtel super, excellente literie pour bien récupérer après des longues journées, petit déjeuner au top et service parfait.

Pas de pancakes au petit déjeuner... Petit problème technique dans la salle de bain qui a nécessité des interventions.

Als Hotel nur für Übernachtungen soweit iO, Gute Anbindung an das Bus- und Subwaynetz.

Wir hatten für 8 Nächte für drei Personen ein Studio Park Plaza mit Kingsize-Bett und Schlafsofa gebucht und darum gebeten, uns das größte Zimmer dieser Preiskategorie zur Verfügung zu stellen. Erhalten haben wir das Studio in der normalen Größe, welches durch das Ausklappen des Schlafsofas den Zugang zum Kingsize-Bett auf der einen Seite auf 10 cm Durchgangbreite beschränkte. Das Frühstück ist für diesen Preis absolut eintönig. Jeden Tag immer die gleiche Sorte einer Salamiwurst und zwei Käsesorten. Jeden zweiten Tag wurde von Rührei mit Bacon auf Sausages und Omelette gewechselt. Hingegen war die Auswahl an Muffins, Donuts, Cookies, Schmalzkuchen und Croissants deutlich vielfältiger. Nach dem Reinigen der Tische im Frühstücksraum mit einem nassen Tuch mußten wir diese regelmäßig mit einer Stoffserviette trocken wischen, da wir nicht an einem komplett nassen Tisch unser Frühstück einnehmen wollten. War das Hotel gut ausgebucht, mußten beim Frühstücksraum zwischen 8:30 und 9:00 Wartezeiten von bis zu 10 Minuten in Kauf genommen werden, da die Platzkapazität nicht ausreichen ist.

Location and motivation!

Great location, brilliant staff and really well presented.

Nothing! Maybe the coffee in the morning wasn't great, and the breakfast was limited ( but lovely), so if I had any real complaints, it would be the scratchy carpet in the bedroom! . Like I said Nothing!

Excelente estadía en New York, volveríamos!

Me gusto mucho el desayunador, la barra, y la habitación con el baño muy cómodo, el desayuno muy bueno, agregaría algún jugo más natural y huevos revueltos todos los días pero igual estaba todo excelente. La ubicación es perfecta, cerca de todo y en una calle muy silenciosa

2a vez que nos hospedamos no LUMA. Equipe gentil e muito atenciosa - sem exceções! Instalações novas, poucos quartos por andar (= elevadores rápidos), banheiro e roupas cama/banho bons, bastante iluminação! Cama e travesseiros excelentes, rolôs blackout eficiente e de tela solar automatizados. Espelho de aumento. Nespresso. Bom café da manhã (25 USD/pessoa), excelente localização para nossos propósitos: próximo a Times Square sem a sujeira e o barulho.

dia sim/dia não tem fritada em vez de ovos mexidos no café da manhã... o quarto que tem janela para a rua é mais claro que o que tem janela para o prisma interno NY está muito cara para brasileiros
