Relaxing Stay

The staff were very welcoming,and the room was spotless. The bed was very comfortable, and the price was affordable for in season.

It was a place to sleep for a night, glad it was only 1 night

The location was the only good thing about our stay.

The furniture was damaged when we arrived, the bed felt like plywood with sheets, and the balcony (that we paid extra for) overlooked a parking lot with no views of the ocean or anything else of interest.

Very pleasant

The room very clean, king size bed very comfortable not lumpy. Looks like it was recently updated. Little microwave surprisingly is high watt.

Floor was squeaky in front of the bathroom and the sink. I would prefer to know the total cost including all the taxes and fees upfront.

The first night was a nightmare

We were transferred to a homeless motel and there was only one bed. I slept on the floor.

friendly and professional staff. very quick to respond to our request and needs.

We were actually moved to a sister property of USA Inn (Seaview Motel). The only issue we had was a slight incident with a frayed electrical cord but upon notifying the management the issue was taken care of promptly and professionally. Management offered to relocate us to a different room and offered a lower rate on another nights stay.

We stayed at their sister property, the Sea View Motel in Ogunquit, which was excellent.

Excellent customer service. USA Inn had emergency construction when we were scheduled to be there, and promptly and seamlessly transferred our reservations to one of their sister properties.
