Great overall hotel with a few challenges

I actually LOVE this hotel - comfortable beds / pillows, great fitness center, awesome pool deck, great beach location, good staff.

I do have an issue with the room location - wanted a high floor, but was on the same level as the concert floor. THUS, when we woke up in the morning, sometimes there was melon on our "patio", sometimes broken glass, etc. So if this room is to be offered to guests, high standards for safety and cleanliness must be implemented. Perhaps after a concert, do a scan to see if there is garbage or broken glass on those patios/balconies. Yes, you can see the concert, but for me, those hazards aren't worth it!

This was a horrible property for customer service!

Poor customer service across the board/not worth the money

DId not get the room I paid for on Booking.com. Condescending/cocky staff. Long waits for the poolside restaurant - waited over an hour to be seated, drink/food order taken with NOBODY in line in front or behind us and plenty of tables available. No designated smoking section by pool. Not worth the money you pay to stay at a hotel like this. I not a happy customer when I left and this is a first for Hardrock Hotel as I've stayed at many and received much better service.

Not worth the money you pay/poor service across the board

Did not have room I paid for available. Unfriendly, condescending staff. No designated smoking area outside by the pool. Took over an hour to be seated and food ordered at their pool side restaurant that was NOT crowded - nobody in front of us in the line and nobody behind us...we will not be back. VERY poor customer service across the board. VERY surprised by this as this has not been my experience at other Hardrock Hotels.

A must- visit Hard rock hotel in FloridA

A jewel we found in Daytona. Amazing location, customer service and amenities. My daughter loved the underwater sound system in the pool. I loved the view of the ocean while lounging in my pool chair. Size of the room with city view is bigger than rooms facing the ocean. Sessions resto had an amazing seating facing the ocean. So romantic.

Nobody helped us with our luggages upon check-out. And the parking is across the street. Its not in the property itself. Not a deal breaker though

Loved the location and people

The waitress working during the concert upstairs at the concert was fantastic. Very professional.

No taxi or ride to take us to Main Street and back.

I Loved that we Looked out our window and the Beach was right there. The Hotel was much more then I expected. The Staff was so helpful and Polite. Very Pleased with Our Stay.

Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Staff were very professional, kind and attentive to their guests. We felt really welcomed every time we arrive onsite, whether you have valet parking or not they assist you. Clean facilities and easy access to the beach.

Only one pool and it gets cramped when there are lots of guests. Parking is off site, across the street.

The stay was priceless! The memories created at such a magical place is also priceless!! The food was amazing, the pools

very clean and elegant! The layout of the property creates the best flow of visitors! The smell when you walked around the property was awesome!

At the hard rock there is nothing not to like it’s an awesome place !!

Beds very comfortable!!!! Pool staff amazing. Pool area beautiful. Cleaning crew are also awesome. Many fixtures were falling apart or broken. Parking at 27$ a day, three rooms, three nights adds up. We enjoyed our stay, all the same.

emergency alarm went off 2 times a night Room was dirty, vent leaked water and the cabana we rented didn’t have a cover or shade.
